Laura runs this accommodation. Very close to all the climbs. Separate safe house to store bikes, repair tools, shoes drying, locker and all facilities clean & neat. Rooms are amazingly clean and airy. Park car kus tiutside the Home. Fridge, freezer, cutlieris, all pots and pans abd utensitls available. I didn’t cook much but it was amazing stay 10/10 Recommend any day

“Amazing stay at K2 home”

The K2 home is a great modern apartment in Bormio. We spent a couple of weeks staying there while visiting family and nothing was too much trouble for Laura who was lovely and helpful. The apartment is located close to the ski slope and 2 mins from the centre of town. We were travelling with babies and Laura helpfully provided cots, high chairs and other bits which made our stay less stressful. The downstairs has a bike centre and also a small fitness area. Overall this was a lovely place in a great location and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

“K2 = SUPERB!!!!”

What a stunning apartment - ultra modern and sleek but with some beautiful antique wooden touches like the dining room table. K2 has only been open a year so everything is in mint condition. The facilities are great - a beautiful spacious ski storage area which includes a small gym and washing facilities. Thoughtful touches - they provide you with a whole host of washing detergent options, fabric softeners etc. so you don't wasting buying a big box of detergent for one wash! Our host, Laura, was amazing - so friendly, helpful and funny! She met us at check in and showed us through the property - there is also a really comprehensive apartment booklet with all the information you need and plenty local restaurant recommendations. She even made reservations for us for a truly local dining experience on our last night. We had rented a car and there was free parking right out front but the ski bus stop is like 50m away or in our case, we booked with Celso Sport (150m) and they run a golf cart shuttle to the lift - amazing service! What a great apartment, host and location!!! Highly recommended.

Felt like a brand new renovation, everything was immaculate. The facilities for ski storage and boot drying was second to none. Easy parking and very close to Bormio lift system. Very friendly host, Laura.

Strategic location between services, cableway and city center. Very easy to reach. Parking slot perfect. Apartments are well studied in design and spaces (we are a family of 4) The ski room is perfectly equipped for all the needs. Laura is a real professional host. Thanks a lot Laura!

“Perfect base for cycling around the Bormio area”

Beautifully presented apartments with everything you could need. Laura was wonderful in showing me all round the property upon arrival and was available for any queries I might have. The location is just incredible,the views from the terrace are breathtaking. The dedicated bike area and laundry facilities came in very useful as I had terrible weather on my stay! A great stay
