Many bedbugs in room 509, so both of us got a heavy allergic reaction and after consulting several doctors we had to cancel our vacation. No refund and bad cooperation from staff. We cannot accept this!

Staff were very helpful, room was well appointed, free onsite parking, and importantly, a safe and secure room to keep bikes. Breakfast was excellent. Overall an excellent stay.

“nice and cosy family room ideal for cyclist with family”

stayed here to partake in La Stelvio Road Bike Racing, expected for the hotel and others to surge in pricing and occupancy. hence parking was almost full and has to park across the street due to limited parking space in the hotel compound, albeit the parking further away was under the hotel jurisdiction. the family room at level 5 was huge with 2 adjoining room and the toilet has auto louvres to allow for cold air and ventilation to come in naturally.

The Hotel front of Desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Always were interested in how our day was, and what had we done. The breakfast had a great selection to suit everybody. location was great walking into town was easy.

“Lovely hotel in the centre of Bormio”

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel. The check in staff are amazing, so genuinely friendly. Our room was fairly basic and did not have air conditioning, which made for a fairly uncomfortable night as the temperature that day had been 30 degrees. Apparently there is no air conditioning throughout the hotel, something I feel they should review. Lovely dining area if you choose to eat in the hotel, we didn't as there are some fabulous bars/restaurants in Bormio. The drinks are quite expensive, €15 for a gin & tonic! Extensive selection of food for breakfast, we were spoilt for choice. The waiters were not particularly attentive and didn't offer 'service with a smile'! Ideal location if you are going skiing, or heading to the Stelvio Pass. Popular with cyclists, but a dress code should be in place, acres of lycra over breakfast is not palatable! 🤢
