Overview
Hotel Cristallo is 400 metres from the cable car to Bormio Ski Area and 300 metres from the thermal baths. For an extra fee, guests may enjoy the wellness centre. All rooms offer beautiful views over the Italian Alps. WiFi is free throughout. The Cristallo' wellness centre features sauna, hot tub and Turkish bath. There is also a gym, and guests of the hotel enjoy a discount in Bormio's thermal baths. Cristallo Hotel has its own large garden, and inside there is also a games room, a ski room, a reading room and a relaxing lounge with bar. Staff can provide ski passes and shuttles can be arranged. The Cristallo’s restaurant serves classic Italian cuisine, local specialities and international favourites. Breakfast is generous and varied and starts at 07:30. Free outdoor parking is provided, and garage parking spaces are available at extra cost.

Clean, comfortable and well run hotel with very helpful staff, perfect for our family ski holiday as its a short walk to gondola. Close to centre of Bormio for bars and restaurants.

Overall okay, the room is big, clean, there are different teas in the room. Staff is friendly, the yard is nice, there's a balcony with a nice view. But in my opinion this level of hotel and service should be cheaper.

What we liked the most about this hotel was the attitude of the staff — in the restaurant, at the reception, and among the cleaning team. Everyone was extremely kind, caring, and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. Location was also really good.

The only positive was that we had a lovely meal in the restaurant, which was genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, that was the sole highlight of the stay.

“One night isn’t enough, planning on going back and staying there again”
I like that they provide parking space and the location is perfect just a few minutes from the center. I love the room we got it’s large and spacious, a lot of storage space and a very nice view from our room. The staff are very warm and welcoming I love their breakfast spread, simple but very good
