Very good location - close to skibus-stop station. Large and bright accommodation - large kitchen room and bathroom. Very nice sauna. We were satisfied and would be happy to come back here. We came for skiing and Bormio is one of the best ski-area we have ever been...

I really enjoyed my stay (which was to short, obviously... :)). The Location is great, the house is newly renovated. Hosts are really nice, everything (including communication) is super easy and enjoyable. Small supermarket is really close (2 min walking distance). The house even has a very nice sauna and wellness/relax area, which I didn't expect but came as a pleasant surprise. My apartment was spacious and cosy, I particularly loved the fabulous kitchen area. It was possible to enter the garden directly from the open kitchen/livingroom-space, which was like the best treat in the morning to enjoy the beautiful view onto the Stelvio.

The location was exceptional (5 min walk from the ski lifts and the city centre). The whole apartment was clean, and exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were so nice before the arrival: they answered fastly and were easy to reach out to, making sure everything was ready and well prepared (they even accepted my special request to decor the room for a surprise and were so kind for that). Moreover, they were so welcoming at the arrival, as they helped us with the check-in and showed us all the facilities.

Renata is a great host! She checked in with us a day before, she waited for us, showed the room, gave recommendations for restaurants and tips how to enjoy Borimio the most. We have the room on the last floor, is most amazing, the room was hited before we arrived, we had an amazing mountain view from every window. Perfect location, few min walking from city center. Amazing amazing amazing.

The hosts, Luca, Renata and Lino could not have been more hospitable. We had a medical issue and they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Above and beyond what they needed to do. We will be forever grateful. The property itself is immaculately clean. It had everything you could want for and the location was perfect with a supermarket at the end of the driveway along with restaurants and Gelateria! We were there for a cycling holiday and the bike facilities were excellent. Very safe and easy to get on to the rides from the doorstep. We would definitely recommend staying here.

“Great modern and cozy apartment in Bormio”

The place is beautiful and was everything we needed for our three days ski trip!The kitchen had all the necessities to cook a meal and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful with a nice rain shower. We loved the fact that they offered a ski room and indoor parking and the property is only a 5 minute walk to the Bormio ski hill. The hosts were lovely people, they gave us lots of info on the area! Highly recommend Baita Larix Bormio we will definitely return!

Although we only stayed one night here on our journey from the Dolomites to Torino, we were warmly welcomed by Luca who showed us around, explained all the facilities and even gave us a sneak peak of the ski runs from an adjoining apartment. Luca was very interested in our travels and spoke excellent English. Communication prior to and during our stay was excellent with recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. The accommodation was modern and very comfortable with a high level of attention to detail and beautiful architectural features throughout, including heavy timber beams with concealed lighting as a highlight.
