The most picturesque stunning property! Felt like we were in a fairy tale. Beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and Lucia was a lovely and welcoming host. One of our favourite places we stayed in Italy.

I have been an avid traveler and adventurer for the better part of a decade now. I've lived in tents in the deserts of Mali and explored the luxury of megacity like Tokyo. However never before have I experienced such craftsmanship and beauty as in this place. It is truly a sight to behold and pictures can't portray the amount of hard work and sweat the owner put into this magnificent house. The core of the building is ancient and rustic but has been restored to an immaculate and incredibly pleasing finish. The sheer amount of details and love that's gone into the renovations are astonishing. The hotel is run by the owner, a kind hearted and amazingly genuine lady and her son. Very wholeheartedly and incredible service. You feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms are works of art. Incorporating old wood and a rustic but immaculate atmosphere. I strongly recommend a stay at this amazing place. It's situated just a few minutes from Bormio, with easy access to the amazing roads. The parking lot is huge and recently renovated too. Easily fits a larger vehicle like a camper or a van just in front of the house.

The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, starting with the messages we exchanged before our arrival. When we arrived, we were immediately captivated by the stunning view from the room and impressed by how spacious and impeccably clean it was. The breakfast was delicious, and the host went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met. I chose this location for my proposal, and the host played an invaluable role in helping me make it truly special.

Unique property which has been updated but retained its original character. Great attention to detail throughout the property, The owner and in particular the son was very attentive and passionate in sharing all the original features .

The property was built in the 15th Century and was stunningly restored by the owners. The attention to detail throughout was amazing.

The structure is amazing - an old country/farm house renovated in a exceptional way, lots of taste and quality, really beautiful. The room we had was quite big, very comfortable, with a small balcony and great views. Very hood noise isolation, comfortable bed, possibility to make tea. Very big and comfortable bathroom, plenty of space to put your things, comfortable walk-in shower with some massage functions. Well working haidryer, organic shampoo and shower gel, lots of light through the window. Breakfasts had excellent local and fresh products.
