Excellent location, just 10 minutes from the central promenade. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and meal preparation. The room and surrounding area were peaceful, quiet, and cozy. The hosts are a lovely and welcoming family. A perfect place to escape the city and reconnect with nature. 🌿

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The owner and her mother were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is excellent — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!!❤️

Great location, 5 min drive from Borjomi attractions. Room is super clean. The most lovely is a beautiful view from the balcony 💖 No direct sun, so we enjoyed the Borjomi view all the time. The window is huge, so I can do it from the bed itself... We enjoyed so much!!! Highly recommend it for a couple or solo traveller

I had a wonderful stay. The view was absolutely stunning and the location is quiet. The apartment was clean and very warm at the winter, well-maintained, with a fully shared equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. The host, Lili, was incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure i was comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place
