It was spacious and clean, with a lovely, large, fenced garden featuring playground equipment for children. The place offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

“Very nice place if you want to relax and have some bbq outside.”

The place is very nice to stay at for a few days. We were with my friends and chose it for the bbq zone, fireplace and the coziness – all of it was there and it was amazing!

We spent a few winter days here and it was exactly the cozy escape we were looking for. Even with the cold weather, the house was perfectly warm and toasty, and everything was kept so clean and neat. The location is great—just a quick 10-minute hop into Borjomi and about 30-40 minutes to the slopes in Bakuriani. The kids loved having the swing and slide right in the yard, and we even braved the winter air to use the outdoor fireplace for a barbecue. Our host was so thoughtful and genuinely cared that we had a good stay. A really lovely experience for our family.

“Wonderful Stay Experience”

Its exceptional private villa in a prime location, the host was very warm & welcoming, they even arranged the christmas decoration upon our request as we checked in early week of DEC. The place is so wonderful, it snowed couple of days prior to our arrival, so when we arrived in the villa with its decoration was extremely lovely, my family had a pleasant stay. The children loved the play area, which was safe for them to use any time and they had a blast playing in the snow in the private garden. It was great knowing they could play freely in the evening. We enjoyed using the barbecue grill and watching the beautiful fire from the window. It created such a warm and lovely atmosphere thank you for providing such a wonderful space. A real christmas feel. We had an unforgettable feeling and memories in Villa Borjormi.
