We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The owner spoke enough English to explain everything upon our arrival and provided fantastic service throughout our stay. It was a very cozy, relaxed atmosphere. She even made me gluten-free bread every morning. I had only informed her about my allergy and asked if they serve different foods when I made the booking, yet she remembered it and served the bread each day without me having to mention it again. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the room we stayed in was very spacious, featuring a sofa, balcony access, a desk with a chair, and an additional table with two chairs. It was bright and nice to relax there after hiking. The additional brown curtains made the room nicely dark at night, and it was very quiet. The location itself is uphill, only a short walk away from the center (10 min. walk to restaurants and stores). There was a free parking on-site. We can only recommend this hotel!

Our host was very kind and welcoming. The home cooked breakfast was very generous abd tasty. The location is very good only a few minutes from the Borjomi central park. The room was very good too. Our host gave us a bottle of lovely Georgian wine too

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Caucasus in Borjomi, Georgia. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being welcomed into a family. The owner and her daughter Ana were incredibly warm and kind, always greeting us with smiles and warm words, and going out of their way to help. The hospitality really stood out. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and they were more than happy to accommodate any special requests we had. The rooms were spotless and spacious, perfect for a family of five, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Plus, the view over the mountains and the city was absolutely stunning. We visited during winter, and there was a magical blanket of snow around the hotel and the whole city, making the scenery even more picturesque. Another highlight was how they helped us arrange a taxi to Bakuriani at a very reasonable price. The driver was incredibly patient, waiting for us for several hours while we explored and never once complained. All in all, our stay was so comfortable and pleasant that we even extended it by an extra night. I can’t recommend Hotel Caucasus enough for anyone visiting Borjomi. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This is the place to stay in Borjomi. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk both to the park and to the city center. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, and the view to the mountains is amazing. The owner/manager is the sweetest, smartest person in Borjomi, she can help you organize tours, transport etc.

Host goes beyond expectations when it come to customer service. The host is super friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier. We came to the hotel after a cold and rainy hike and the host made us comfortable and helsedirektoratet us out to dry our gear.. Rooms are good size and very clean.

Very nice and helpful owners who go the extramile for guests (e.g. driving us to the busstop, organizing private tour guide for us, giving a lot of useful infos). Large and comfortable rooms with new furniture. Big windows and balcony with great mountain view. Really nothing at all to complain.

Hotel was just great! It embodies modern comfort and hospitality. The hotel owner, Nata, is just a wonderful person - kind and hospitable. Our room was cozy and clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony on the second floor, which offered a magnificent view. The hotel is located close to the historical park, which added extra charm to our stay. Overall, we really liked both the hotel itself and the owner's attitude towards the guests
