“A friendly and welcoming environment all in one place.”
One of the nicest houses. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were many designated smoking areas. The kitchen was unique and fully equipped with everything you might need. There were outdoor areas where you could eat or play. The hostess was very kind and welcoming (Look at the welcome sweets she prepared for us ❤️) The house is located quite close to the center of Borjomi—only a 15-minute walk. Don’t waste your money on expensive hotels—choose this place instead! 😀❤️

1. Good location, there is a very good pizza place and supermarket nearby 2. Amazing hosts. The host became my tour guide for a day, he has a good car and for a rational price showed me around. 3. Very comfortable beds! 4. Clean 5. Incredible and big traditional breakfast 6. Good internet 7. Well renovated rooms 8. There is a very nice kitchen if anyone needs to cook. 9. Value-based price 10. Nice private patio

“Perfect spot to start and end a day in beautiful Borjomi.”
Super guesthouse. Lovely garden which is perfect for kids. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Beds extremely comfortable and excellent shower. They arranged transfer from and to Khashuri station (30 mins away) which was v comfortable. Will be back!
