A really lovely & welcoming family. Very clean, comfortable and great location.

A nice quiet area with a nice view, close to the center. The owners are friendly and the man speaks English. You share the kitchen with the family, but they easily make space for you. There's a separate toilet & shower for each room. The beds are comfortable.

“Family home in Borjomi”

It's my third time here! The Besarioni family is always welcoming, helpful and hospitable. You immediately feel at home. The house is an historical family house, located in a quite alley with barely no car transit, but very close, only few minutes walking distance, to bus, train station and the center of Borjomi. The room is simple, clean and furnished with care. It's also a great money value. In warm days you can enjoy the sunshine outside facing the relaxing little garden and the mountains. There's also a gorgeous dog named Alpha, which is adorable.

Great location, lovely hosts; very helpful with advice

The guest house is a short walk from all the main things to see in Borjomi and transport options. The room itself was lovely and warm with a comfy bed. Besarioni was very helpful with advice for what to do in Borjomi and helped me with Marshrukta's.

“Traditional georgian house with very hospitable owners”

I rented a room for two nights. It's a traditional Georgian house—the room is on the ground floor. The house is very warm. There's a large kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and everything you need. The location is excellent—3 minutes from the market. The house is located on a hill. You have to walk up, but the elevation change is small. The window offers a beautiful view of the Borjomi hills and forest. I'd like to thank the hosts for their warm welcome and quick check-in. They are very nice and kind people. There's a big, kind dog named Alpha living in the house. You can scratch him if you want. By the way, if you're planning a vacation not only in Borjomi but also in Bakuriani, this is an excellent choice. The price is several times lower than renting a place in Bakuriani. A minibus runs from Borjomi to Bakuriani from the bus station. Departures are at 8:30, 9:00, 10:30, 12:30, 15:00, and 16:30. Return from Bakuriani to Borjomi 9.00, 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 15.00, 17.00, 18.00. Fare 4 lari.

Friendly people

The family we stayed with are lovely and made us very welcome. Breakfast was exceptional, a massive spread of homemade food, which was delicious. The location is great, once we found how to drive there. Very convenient for restaurants, rafting and walking in the national park.

The location is very close to the center of Borjomi and it's an easy walk from many attractions. The owners are very hospitable. Although we arrived much earlier that the time communicated to them, the room was ready and we were given the key immediately. The room was clean and the wifi very reliable. I totally recommend the place.

“A very affordable and clean stay”

The owner's family is very sweet and kind. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also clean. There is a well equipped kitchen that you can use to cook your food. The location is 10 mins away from the city centre. We were also able to wait till the time of our train at the property after check out time also. There is a nice dog there.

The family was always ready to help. Breakfast was great. They also offer rides to different parts of the country. Alpha, the dog, is really friendly.
