We had a really nice stay! The hosts were very responsive and the check-in was super flexible. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the bed sheets were very fresh. The location is also good — just a short walk from the Borjomi Central Park. There's also a 24-hour markets less than 2 minutes away, which was really convenient. The trip was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks ♥️

Very nice, spacious room with great views over the forested hills. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, table and chairs for dining and use of a terrace. Location is central yet very quiet at night. Overall I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Borjomi.

We were a family of 4 and stayed 2 nights in Golden Borjomi. The location was good, close to the bus station and main road but quiet. The room was clean, all appliances worked - kettle, hairdryer, washing machine including the AC, which however is only in the front room and doesn't reach the bedroom where there are two beds. There were lines to dry clothes on the roof. It was warm but bearable in mid June 24. The bathroom was small but adequate - clean, had a shower curtain and shelf for soap. Tina responded to any requirement instantly and was very helpful.

“Excellent value, cleanliness, furnishings and supplies in perfect central location.”
Extremely clean, stylishly furnished with high quality linens in central location within walking distance to everything. Supplies including starter tea, coffee, toiletries, washing machine powder and a bottle of Georgian wine received by our hostess during easy check in! Drying rack and line one floor up on the terrace. The best apartment we've rented during 3 weeks in The Caucasus.

Golden Borjomi has everything you need for a good stay: good location, comfortable room, nice bathroom and a great host! A parking for your car is also available and a couple of 24h shops are very close

“Everything you need you will find in this hotel”
The property is new so the furniture and all linen, appliances and utensils are impeccable. You will find everything you need here. The hosts have thought everything through to the smallest detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is washing machine with washing line upstairs on the terrace, hob, pans, toothbrushes and toothpaste, extra bed sets, even some washing powder and washing up liquid. We stayed in 5* serviced apartments and you have to buy these little essentials that you only need for a couple of times. Here the flat has everything and there are a number of small supermarkets around the corner. We were able to park the car at the property. The main Borjomi park is about 20 minutes walk through another local park so good location too. It really is exceptional
