“Enjoyable stay marred by extensive construction/renovation noise”
A well-located, comfortable apartment in an older-style building with character. Tamaz is a very welcoming host; living nearby, he popped out and back in no time with a bottle of distinctive, enjoyable Georgian red. Excellent wifi. Full kitchen with a much wider range of equipment and utensils than in most rental properties. Easy-to-use and effective gas burners. Full fridge. Large older-style bathroom. Plentiful hot water. Comfortable main room, including chairs. Heating was perfect.

Close to the park and city center. Owner had the heat turned on when we arrived which was appreciated.

Excellent accommodation option, we stayed for a few nights, everything is nearby, a tourist center with mineral springs, a modern center with a railway station and a bus station, several shops nearby, a mobile phone salon and a delicious cafe "Tourist", the owner is a great person, he has excellent apartments , he also treated us to his delicious wine, we really liked it.

A very cozy authentic old-town apartment, where you feel as if you have returned to childhood. High ceilings, wooden floor, large windows, soft beds - everything you need for a great relax in the most wonderful place in Georgia.

“Would definitely recommend”
Lovely little apartment in a great location. So warm and comfortable in the cold winter. Full kitchen and big bedroom with a lot of space. The owner gave us a bottle of his house wine when we checked in and also a lovely restaurant recommendation. He was also very easy to contact about check in etc. Great value for money if spending a few days in Borjomi.
