“Excellent apartment in a great location”
David’s father met us and showed us the workings of the apartment; no English spoken but got the necessary messages over very clearly. The apartment is large, 2 tables, plenty of chairs. Separate bedroom with a double bed. Additional bed in the lounge/ kitchen/ dining area. Heating uses a gas combi-boiler, so no shortage of hot water and the heating was set to keep the place pleasantly warm for the entire time we stayed (mid winter). Though the address is on the main street, the flat itself is right at the back of the block, so NOT on the main street at all- this meant it was very quiet throughout.

Family run apartment: friendly people. The location is good, particularly if you're coming in on a marshrutka; then it's not a long walk into the area where the restaurants are, shops with everything you might need are also just around the corner. The facilities are sufficient to stay in for a quiet stay and cook if that's what you might prefer.

Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.

“Comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price in the centre of Borjomi”
It's a small house with all the amenities that you need, easy to find according to instructions. The apartment has two rooms for sleeping, it is very comfortable. Ok bathroom, small kitchen with fridge, ok wifi, free street parking very close on a main street. Proximity to everything in Borjomi. The very friendly and helpful host doesn't speak English, but has his english speaking son on the phone.
