“Lovely small house but not easy to walk to”
It’s a lovely modern little house surrounded by forest. It’s minimally designed, practical and cosy and about an hour walk from Borjomi. The views are special and the host is very friendly. The fairy lights are very nice! There are lots of places to walk to nearby.

The house located in exceptional place - in the forest close to one of the hiking trails of the Borjomi-Kharagauli Park. At the other hand - there are other houses in 500m, so it is not so wild and scary. The house is fresh build, has everything in the kitchen, beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed to stay there. One can do some fire close to the house in the evening - very romantic place!

“Tourist scam!!”
We liked nothing. They put pics like it's a house alone, and nobody around, but actually there's a caravan 10 meters from you, seperated into two rooms, we had a family and the day after two couples, also parked right next to our door. So there is no privacy at all, like they're trying to show in the pictures, don't belive what you see! The house is dirty, no air condition, not even a fan, behind the couch there are black plastic garbage bags with stuff in it. The beds were awful, you could feel all the springs in it.

Really cozy and comfortable house in mountains. Views from windows are amazing. There are everything you need in the house. The one inconvenience was the shower, it take time to adjust the temperature. Nevertheless we had a good time there. Thank you for hospitality, we will come again!

“Great stay for a couple for a few days”
The house is located in an isolated location, away from any source of noise, right near the wood. Several hiking trails start right at the same place, which is super convenient. Amazingly helpful host, beautiful interior.

its very cozy and private (even though the windows are seethrough in the hall and kitchen) its in the middle of a beautiful forest and a hiking trail next to you with wild horses around the area, very quite and 8 min away from the city, it has 2 bed rooms with a double bed and an extra folding bed in each room, it has hot water and a washing machine, most improtantly it has (shataf) in the toilet, wifi is good and the kitchen has all what you need. it has a nice outdoor area with a swing for the kids and a fire place with nice lights. we enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it for a getaway.

“Great location, really cozy”
Great location, in the middle of the forest but only 10 minutes by car from the center of Borjomi. Very cozy, good for 4 people, we were 5 and it was a bit tight. The kitchen is full equiped with all you need, there is also a washing machine. We stayed 4 nights in late September, the heating worked well.

“our best stay in Georgia”
The location is beyond perfect, between trees in the middle of the forest. We had booked just one night and decides to extend another night. The views are awesome. The house is even better than in pictures, with all the facilities we needed and wifi works perfectly. The host has been amazing and the most helpful person you could meet- we got stuck with the car in the snow and she sent us her brother to help us out. She has replied all our doubts and questions super quickly. Thank you so much! A fabulous stay

The house is in a perfect place near borjomy. The view is like paradise. 👍the rooms are comfortable and we had everything we needed. Tamuna is so helpfull. She waited for 5 hours because we were late. In the evening or morning you can eat near the house and listen to the birds 🐦🙂 She olso has a hammock and it is so fun to swing on it. It was the perfect house
