Everything. Exceptionally friendly staff - best in Georgia. Amazing breakfast - again best we experienced in Georgia. The old lady who runs the hotel cooks and serves the breakfast. Stunning view of the river, Great location.

We had a lovely stay at Bprjomi classical hotel, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Anna. She is an absolutely wonderful woman — kind, polite, and incredibly warm. She personally cleaned our room and did an excellent job. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. Anna speaks very good English and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. She even prepared our breakfast herself, with so much care and love. She reminded us of our own grandmothers — warm, genuine, and full of beautiful stories. We had such meaningful conversations with her, listening to her talk about her life and the history of the country. It made our stay very special. Honestly, I loved her more than the hotel itself — she is the heart of the place. I only wish we could have spent more time with her.

“Value for money”
The hotel is well located. All amenities are as described. We stayed for three days and the main highlight was Ana who prepared delicious breakfast for us every day. The best of what we had in Georgia. She was were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was a perfect stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning tasted like something my grandmother used to make in my childhood. My wife and I were very happy with our stay. I definitely recommend spending at least one night here.

“Warm and cozy, fantastic staff..”
The highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are so warm, welcoming and made us feel at home, especially Ana who is probably the sweetest person you'll come across. The room size was decent and the check-in, check-out process was smooth.

“Amazing hosts and convenient location in Borjomi”
Location is really nice. Convenient for the bus station, but around the corner so the noise does not really carry. Generous breakfast. Super helpful staff. Great view of the surrounding hills. Shops and banks are a short walk away. There is a local market on the riverbank right below the hotel. The main park and restaurants also fairly close, only 5 minutes.

Exceptional from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.. respectful, clean and very friendly staff managed by the fourth madam Marina, mother Anna and Mrs. Nazi. I recommend it and I will always come back here.. close to all tourist attractions and all services are near you.. if you want to spend a wonderful vacation go to them, they are wonderful

“Ana is the best!”
The location was really nice as everything was close by to the hotel! So were the rooms, they looked like from olden days, But the best thing about the property was Ana! What a lovely lady she is! I haven't seen anyone as old as her working so hard! Thanks to ana our stay here was so enjoyable. Would love to stay here and meet her again.
