“Fabulous friendly apartment stay in beautiful Borjomi”
The apartment has a kettle, fridge and microwave so we made our own breakfast. It was also very clean, the bed was comfortable and it’s a great location, quiet and yet central so the whole of Borjomi was easily walkable. We also received some wonderful advice before arrival from the owner about places to eat and how to get to the apartment plus she was incredibly helpful in organising a taxi for us to Kutaisi when we left Borjomi. It made our stay very enjoyable and we highly recommend staying there.

“Amazing stay in Borjomi, with the best location”
The first - Check-in process was the easiest, the host shared many useful information about the resort, restaurants, sightseeing. The apartment was well-equipped, with small kitchen, very good bed, enough space for luggage, very clean and comfortable! They gifted us the Georgian wine too ❤️ Highly recommended this apartments!

“Very warm stay in Borjomi”
Very friendly owner who stayed in touch via WhatsApp, offering tips and assistance throughout our stay. Cozy room with a terrace, located in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to restaurants. A free carafe of wine and early check-in were lovely gestures.

The host is very nice and very good in communicating. Beds are great and soft. Shower is hot and with great pressure. Kitchen has everything. Very clean.

“Great stay in Borjomi”
The room is very nice and newly refinished and furnished in an old building. It is very clean and quiet. The shower is excellent with very good pressure and hot water. The small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave is nice to have. The bed is very comfortable and there are electrical outlets beside the bed. Air conditioning and wifi work well. The location is great with many restaurants a couple of blocks away and a short walk to the central park. It's a guesthouse rather than hotel, meaning there is no reception etc, if that matters to anyone. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach by WhatsApp.

“wonderful choice for a relaxing and convenient stay in Borjomi!”
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and local markets. The town is also easily walkable, allowing for enjoyable strolls to explore the area. Please note that they only accept cash for payment.

“Best place to stay in Borjomi”
The room was spacious, clean, quiet with good heating from the reverse cycle airconditioner. It was a 5 minute walk from the main town and a 10 minute walk to the mineral water park. We ate several times at My House restaurant in the next street. The owner kept in touch via whatsapp to make sure our stay was good.

“Excellent”
Very nice and comfortable place. Everything was super clean. The little kitchen to make breakfast, and then have it outside in the pretty garden was very nice. Our host made us feel really welcome and was very lovely and considerate. The parking spot inside the yard was a big bonus.

“Peaceful and welcoming stay in heart of Borjomi”
We had such a lovely stay at Katye's place, we didn't want to leave! The property has everything you need and is in a perfect the town centre and the beautiful park - but is still homely and peaceful. They even gave us homemade wine and brandy on arrival which was lovely! They gave us lots of information about the town, towels for the nearby sulphur pools and restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated! Thank you
