Albert's hospitality and attention to detail is gold! The apartment itself is old Soviet style which adds to its charm. The room is comfortable and warm however, the best part of my stay is Albert inviting me to join him for coffee and sharing a meal. Although we do not share the same language, this proves to not be a barrier and we communicate through non-verbal ways and with the help of Google Translate. Albert's apartment is a gem and should I get the chance to visit Borjomi again, I would definitely stay here. Albert, thank you once again and I truly wish you good health and happiness - you've made my holidays extra special ❤️

The breakfast and dinner prepared with so much effort by Alfred was just too good and he was a very concerned host ,taking care of the smallest things.He gave us so much to eat and had prepared especially vegetarian for us -lobio ,pilaf, sides, dips,and another beet dish of georgian cuisine.We also had a good view from the apartment.The apartment is located very close to Borjomi town and a very convenient location.We enjoyed the short time we had with Alfred.He allowed us to use his kitchen too very graciously.It was fun exchanging notes on our cultures ,etc

Great contact with the host. He's very nice and helpful. He was great to talk to, and he made a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Arthur is an absolute gentleman, myself and the 2 other guests who stayed there were treated very well. He's apartment is really well maintained and the rooms are so comfortable. He really makes it a nice experience here in borjomi. And has lots of information about the town. He's also a five star chef.

Literally the nicest grandpa around. Albert welcomed us like grand nieces. He made the most delicious food and he took us on an amazing walk. The room was very comfortable too. Even though he has an uncountable number of guests before, he made our stay there very special. Thank you again Albert!!

Very nice apartment,amazing views of the beautifull borjomi from the bedroom window,very comfortable bed,fully equipped kitchen and spotless bathroom,but the highlight is Albert,kind and generous host,he even shared tasty meals with us,always giving us advice were to go,and making sure that we have everything we need.Feels like staying with a grandfather.Thanks Albert for your hospitality,we will be back.

A comfortable room with a fantastic view! One has a private bathroom. The owner is a very polite and kind man. He stayed in the same apartment, but I didn’t even hear him. Albert did everything to make my stay comfortable without intruding. He also took time to do a hike with me to the top of a historic fortress. Very happy with my stay and would gladly return. “Albert is the best host ever!”

Dear Albert, Our stay couldn't have been more pleasant. You picked us up from the train station at night and even offered us food and wine at such a late hour. Your apartment is clean and comfortable. It felt really private and at home, although you were always there when we needed something. Sadly, we caught a cold and weren't able to go to the castle with you, but we couldn't have chosen a better time to get ill because of your nonetheless great hospitality! Yours Amelia and Oliver

You are coming to Albert's house as a stranger and leave as best friend. I have never met such an amazing host taking care of his guests for 100%. You should never be hungry, you should always have something to do, he is happy to take hiking trips with guests in Borjomi. Staying with Albert we experienced Georgian hospitality on the highest level. Appartment is very clean, warm in winter, you have access to kitchen and have your own bathroom, bed is comfortable. Beautiful view from window and very close to Mineral Water Park.

Albert was so nice and helpful. He made my stay very comfortable and even went for a hike with me and showed me the fortress. The room was clean and comfy. It was a pleasure to stay with Albert and experience once more the great hospitality of georgian people.

I liked everything: the comfortable room on 11th floor with a great view over Borjomi in a very clean flat and the owner Albert who cared so nicely for me. You get a good glimpse into daily life and can feel very comfortable. Unfortunately no english spoken, but we got along well with translation app
