Ideal stopover off the Imperia-Torino route. Historic, character building. Very charming and helpful hostess (speaking v good English!), comfy room, really nice family resto 3mins walk away, nice kitchen beakfast! Will stay again...

“Rustic charm personified and an amazing host.”
Great location on our travels around the towns of Liguria. This is off the beaten track and high up the valley, with a stunning view looking down all the way to the sea. (It's around 600m above sea level.) Rosalie was there to greet us with a lovely cup of tea. The house is rustic charm personified and our room was very sweet. Rosalie suggested going to Pieve Di Teco for dinner and we are so glad we did. What a wonderful secret the old town is. We had a great sleep and a lovely relaxed breakfast. Rosalie as a host is superb. She was so helpful and friendly and sorted out our car woes, even speaking to the garage on our behalf (due to our woeful Italian). We are so glad we stayed here and hope to return again.

Casa Rosalie is a wonderful example of how a historic house on the edge of a tiny mountain village can be turned into the perfect hotel / bed & breakfast. Each of the interiors breathes authenticity; floors, uneven country walls, stylish wooden windows and doors with century-old locks. Bathrooms from converted farm annexes. Tables, chairs, flower vases, left-over fittings in the walls. At the same time very comfortable beds with double a'la Hilton mattresses, toilet with bidet, shower. In addition to all this, great breakfasts served in the kitchen at a communal table. Really perfekt. I have been in many b&b's all over Europe but this one is perfect. I will definitely come back here with my family. Thank you Rosalie.
