Featuring a pool and panoramic country views, Podere Capitignano is set in the Tuscan hills above Borgo San Lorenzo. It overlooks the Sieve river valley. Each unit has its own private terrace with outdoor furniture, and features an elegant interior with tiled floors and wood trim. A fireplace and a washing machine are included. A coffee machine comes with the fully equipped kitchenette. Capitignano has free WiFi in each house. Guests can also enjoy a tennis court and BBQ facilities. The village centre of Borgo San Lorenzo and the closest train station are 5 km from the property, and can only be reached by car. Florence is 39 km away, while Barberino di Mugello can be reached in a 30-minute drive.

“A very relaxing stay in beautiful Italian countryside”
Very spacious and clean apartment with beautiful views from inside and from the two outside terraces, one of which was covered. Owners and staff very welcoming, hospitable and quick to respond to questions. Easy 10 minute drive to nearest very well equipped supermarkets. Florence easily reached by car and bus or train from nearest town.

Beautiful place with lovley hosts! As a family we especially appriciated the pool times which is separated for play time with kids and quiet swim and reading time for adults, and the privacy between the houses. I’d love to visit this place sometime again.

“MAJESTIC!!!!BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!!!!”
The apartment is very romantic and beautiful. It's very spacious and they have a fully-equipped kitchen , it's perfect if you want to cook. They also have a washing machine if you want to do the laundry. They also have a dishwasher when you are lazy to wash ypur own dishes. But we didnt use it as we prefer to wash tge dishes by hand. We are in love of this property and we will definitely. We also enjoyed their tennis court. And wverywhere you look is just beyond compared, the views are breathtaking. We met the owner Michael. He is very kind, warm and very accommodating. We told us the brief history of his town and the neighnouring cities. He gave us many tips such as where is the best place to eat for a typical Tuscan dining, etc. Elisabetta who welcomed us upon checkin was very kind and extremely lovely. We definitely felt comfortable, and at ease with them. We almost didnt want to get out to see Florence. We will definitely come back again and will stay longer here to have enough time to go out and enjoy the property at the same time. We really had a very blissfully pleasant and relaxing stay!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us. We hope to see you again soon.

The location in the calm Tuscan Apennines is just perfect for a relaxing vacation. The views across the valley and sunsets are stunning. Plenty of good supermarkets and restaurants close by too, which give a range of dining options.
