“A lovely, spacious villa in north Tuscany”
The villa is huge with a lovely garden. It is quiet, overlooking Villa Bellavista, a historic mansion. The living room and the hallway are decorated with interesting paintings and sculptures collected by the owners, who lived next door. The hosts were really nice, responsive, and helpful. They provided us with mosquito incense and repellants when we arrived, seeing us suffer from a few bites. The villa is about 15' from Pescia, 1h from Florence, 50' from Pisa by car. There's a village shop about 10' away on foot.

Very nice and spacious villa, the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Great location with amazing view, quiet and nice area. We enjoyed our stay there and would come again.
