Located by the port in Borgholm just 100 metres from the nearest beach, Villa Verdi offers a variety of apartments with free WiFi and cooking facilities. The property has a shared garden with a seating area and BBQ facilities. Villa Verdi offers accommodation varying from a studio with kitchenette to larger apartments with kitchens and private terraces. Each is individually decorated with bright interiors. “Too expensive, hidden fees.”
We had to pay extra for sheets and towels (100SEK pp.), something we hadn't gotten information about when we booked the room. Also, we had to do the cleaning ourselves, to avoid a cleaning fee of 800SEK, this was also not informed about at the time of the booking. Our room ended up costing us 2100SEK and we had to clean ourselves, this felt very expensive, considering the standard of the room and that there was no breakfast included.

We liked the room ,even though we had booked a smaller ,less expensive room, our host gave us an upgrade, wich was spacious and light.

“Great place”
A nice Swedish house and villa apartment. We were upgraded to much better, nice apartment with little outdoor seating and own large garden. Very central. Host very nice. Both filter and nespresso capsule coffe machines. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (no hairdryer).

“Villa Verdi is a little old fashioned but very charming. A really nice place to stay.”
Location of Villa Verdi is fantastic, close to the sea at the bottom of the main street. A nice big private garden with BBQ facilities and garden furniture to relax in. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great but that may have been all the walking. Parking was no problem.

“Excellently located self-catering apartment in the Öland town with most facilities”
Good sized apartment with garden located right by the town park. Very short walks to the harbour and the town centre. Easy car parking. All expected equipment present. Helpful hosts with good availability. A shame I couldn't stay longer.

Nice and cozy room, with a small kitchen and microwave (didn't use them though), TV, toilet and shower. Owners are very friendly, helped me to plan my bike tour and gave advice on good places to eat out.

The location is great, close to the beach, Borgholm castle and also Solliden. The facilities were also good and comfortable for our stay. Nice kitchenette and grill to barbecue. We also had a whole veranda for ourselves:)
