“A great agriturismo experience”
A true agriturismo - a working farm not just a B&B. The hosts were charming and very kind, and made our visit extremely interesting. We loved the cattle. Wonderful nocciole, mozzarella, ricotta..all made on the farm.

Excellent place to stay! Super clean, with great rooms featuring high wooden ceilings and wooden floors. Beautiful nature all around, and it’s lovely to walk to their farm and see the cows! Super kind owners that run the place !

Beautiful setting. A wonderful olive and dairy farm and very kind friendly family running it as a family enterprise . Beautifully appointed bathrooms Delicious breakfast. One of the best we’ve ever had in Italy with fresh produce from the farm, home made organic yoghurt from the cows and fresh roasted hazelnuts from all the trees growing nearby.

“Awesome”
I loved my stay here! If you are a solo traveller on foot, it's a little bit of a walk but the amazing owners came and picked me up. The place is beautiful. The garden is wonderful to sit in and just read or relax. The room was lovely and the bed super comfy. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and I loved that the cheese was from the farm. There is also a spa. The owners were INCREDIBLE. Because I was on foot, they picked me up and then took and brought me back from dinner - so so kind. Nothing was too much trouble. I definitely want to go back to try the restaurant when it is open (season Apr-Aug) and would love to see where they make all the cheese etc. Thank you for an incredible stay.

The structure is amazing! The owner family really very nice with all of us! We tried their amazing products and wines! Definitely great experience! Room super clean and traditionally modern! Loved it!

“Beautiful, simple agriturismo near Rome”
Staff were so lovely and the farm is beautiful. They let us walk around the day we were leaving as we had some time to kill, so we went to see the cows! Breakfast was great, typically Italian and simple. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable and great bathrooms with robes and flip flops offered. To note, you definitely need a car to get here and our room was up a flight of stairs. Really beautiful agriturismo, highly recommend!

“Relaxing and Restorative”
The facility was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was heavenly, the breakfast was delicious, and most impressive was the sauna, steam room and hold/cold shower. This was the perfect place to rest and restore after many weeks of traveling. We will be back.

If you are looking to relax and to be spoilt in the middle of Tuscia, Fattoria Lucciano is the place to be :) Rooms and all facilities are like brand new, design and materials are chosen with care, cleanliness is beyond perfect. You can immediately spot a great attention for details. Mario and his family will welcome you like part of the family and will help you find the best activities (including a visit to their cellars and wine tasting), food (a must try their own produce), restaurants and sightseeing nearby. A special mention goes to the SPA, you can use privately to enjoy your first Roman Sauna!!

“A real gem in the Italian countryside.”
Everything. This Fattoria is in the countryside only accessible by car. the place is like heaven on earth. Quiet, peaceful full of fresh air and everything locally produced. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was super delicious. would have loved to stay more nights but was on a road trip. strongly suggested.
