This property is a beautiful location. Our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was good and we were able to sit on the terrace to eat with beautiful views.

Staff in the morning was very very helpful, friendly & extremely polite. She helped us find our way back to our next destination by writing out our journey with buses & trains. Very very helpful & grateful to her as we are finding it difficult to communicate out here. Please can you thank her from us both please. We were room 302 😊

We stayed here twice, either side of a three-day trip to Rome. It is a superb B&B. The rooms are very simple, but comfortable. Breakfast was a sweet buffet, with fresh croissants and cakes. The staff were very kind and helpful. The best bits though are the pool and the on-site restaurant (serving lovely typical Italian food). Please note both the pool and the restaurant are shared with external day / evening guests - You need to book the restaurant in advance to ensure an outside table.
