If you’re looking for a quiet place in the middle of the nature close to most beaches around , you found it .

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Artis. The house is beautiful and very well equipped and the garden is marvelous. Chiara and Fabrizio were so kind and really helpful with recommendations for dinner and which places to visit! We hope to come back soon!

Great location, in a quite place, stylish and cosy rooms. Very nice hosts, who are happy to help with anything, well equipped kitchen, lovely garden. If you like meeting with people and get a great value for your money I really recommend this place.

Great place to stay if you have a car as the Levanto city center is aprx. 20 mins by car. The Vila offers 4 rooms with shared bathroom which for us was a big worry at first but it was no problem in the end. All was clean and there was no noise. Rooms are small, but comfy and clean, kitchen is well equipped with older appliance. You have possibility to use the garden which is stunning and offers relax during hot days. Absolutely amazing hosts who communicate very well! thanks a lot!

We absolutely loved it! Our hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. Villa is situated few kilometers from Levanto, with a nice garden. The place is beutifly decorated, clean and spacious. The has a room with our own bathroom, it was equipped with everything necessary. Our hosts gave us a lot of advice where to eat, how to plan a visit in Cinque Terre and where The nicest beaches are. We will defenetly remember this place and come back enytime we visit Liguria!

The garden is very relaxing with a lot of choices to sit or lay, green and tidy trees for shadow but also sun spots, the kitchen is also very good equipped and clean with tons of space and good organized. Perfect place to be after a day in Cinque terre villages, nights are very quiet and way cool perfect for sleep after long hot days at the beach. Surroundings are in a perfect green mountain nature. Location is close to the cinque terre and Levanto villages but of course it takes a little bit to get there because of the roads through the mountains (20 to 40 min.). You can also reach Pisa and Genova in approx. 1h

“Very homely property, comfortable and great hosts!”

The villa was beautiful with a lovely large kitchen, lounge and outdoor area. The room was very stylish and comfortable and the hosts were lovely. We were given great advice to park our car at Levanto train station and get into Cinque Terre by train from there which was very quick and affordable! Just be wary that it would be extremely hard to stay here if you do not have a car.

Garden was really nice and old fashioned style, very impressive old style furnished with modern facilities.

everything was perfect, the house was very clean. The garden is large and the hosts were super welcoming and warm. I recommend 100% this Villa! It was very nice and comfortable for a reasonable price!

“Lovely place with kind, passionate and super friendly hosts”

Amazing and kind hosts; very clean and well equpped house; nice; chill and quiet location; greatly decorated and beautifull place; everything according to the description; Villa Artis is a place to enjoy and experience. The biggest advantage of this place are lovely owners. They created warm and friendly vibes there. They were always helpfull sharing their tips about what to vist in the area (both touristic places but also some hidden, authentic not crowded location). They were really helpfull with all questions and issues we had during our stay. They let us use the kitchen (well equipped) and provided us help with that. Eventhough they don't serve food for guests, they treated us with some of the food, drinks and sweet snacks they were cooking for themselves! The room itself was nice and clean, the same was the bathroom and the rest of the villa. The place has great location. It is located in quiet village and surrounded by beautill nature, mountains and lovely villages on the top of some of them. Levanto is 20 mins away by car so it is perfect to stay here if you want to visit Cinque Terre, but also other places in the region.

Chiara and her husband have the room beautifully furnished and are very nice and helpful people, they provided us with several very useful hints. The quiet terrace and garden invite to take your meal there. We also visited Cinque terre from this place, we can only recommend this option.

“Best stay ever!”

This was the perfect stay ever! The property is located in beautiful mountains, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. It is also not that far from Levanto (you can go to Cinque Terre from here). Also the drive is not that bad, because it is beautiful overthere! The hosts were the sweetest people ever. They were very kind and we could use the kitchen. It is also very clean! I would recommend staying here to everyone!

The hosts were very nice and hospitable. They went out of their way to insure we were comfortable and taken care of, they also spoke English which was a lovely surprise! They offered us tea as soon as we came in (In the late evening) and some breakfast as soon as we awoke. It's a cute little area and a lovely home to stay in, the decor was aesthetic and relaxing to the eye, we'd definitely stay here again.
