Fantastic property, one of the best we've stayed at in Iceland. Would highly recommend for the tranquil setting, amazing views and comfortable cabin. We had everything we could ever need, best equipped by far. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. Host was very responsive and easy going, just what we needed when we were on a road trip. They work around the client and that's absolutely brilliant!

Easy check in and check out. The cabin suited us very well for a night on our way back down south. Close to the beautiful Hraunfossar and Barnafossar.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Simple cabin that was clean and had everything we needed. The farm has beautiful horses and friendly dogs. I highly recommend to stay in this cabin.

I liked that it was a horse breeding farm and so got to see plenty of beautiful horses grazing. And other animals playing! The landscape was amazing.the cabin was cosy and just perfect. I got a great night's rest after a long day of travel.

Sheep, horses, beautiful surroundings. Memorable and relaxing experience. Krouma SPA is just a few minutes away, and Hraunfossar and Barnafoss are about half an hour from there. The cabin and amenities were very simple, but everything we needed was provided.

I saw the aurora that night, just very beautiful and amazing, I was so happy to stay there, a very good location to see Northern Lights

“Convenient and Tranquil”

The cabin is conveniently located close to Borgarnes and it is a perfect location to start a ring road trip and visit the Golden Circle and Snaefellsnes Peninsula. It is located on a horse breeding farm and it is perfect if you have kids due to the horses and sheep. The location is very peaceful and one is in total tranquility and silence. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The cabin was very comforatable and had all we need

“Lovely farm perfect for families”

The farm is lovely and also the cabin is very comfortable. The position was perfect to start our Ring road trip from Reykjavik to the Snæfellsnes peninsula.

Such a wonderful place, and very friendly host. We didn’t know it was a horse breeding farm, but the kids were so happy when they found out. We loved the area. It’s remote, and our navigation system led us the wrong way first, but it was so worth it. 😀😀😀😀

Very quiet area. Amazing views on the fields and mountains. We were in the middle of a storm and the cabin was well insulated and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cabin, it's a lot nicer, and larger, than the photos do justice. The dogs and horses were lovely. It was nice and quiet, and the views were fantastic. It would have been fantastic for the Northern Lights if it wasn't so cloudy. The hosts were lovely, we had an issue with the heating when we arrived, but they fixed it and provided us with a heater and offered us a bottle of White Wine.
