Thank you for sharing my review of the family holiday resort. Here is a summary of my key points: 1. Isolated location: The resort is situated in an isolated place, lacking access to local services and entertainment. 2. Average breakfast: The breakfast provided at the resort is considered average in terms of quality and variety. 3. Slow service: The service at the resort is very slow, with a couple of items taking an hour to replenish. 4. Noisy environment: There were a lot of kids crying non-stop, which may have affected the overall experience. 5. Unhygienic food handling: Some kids helped themselves to cold food with their bare hands, which is not hygienic. 6. Fresh and quality food: Despite the issues mentioned, the food at the resort is nice, fresh, and of good quality. 7. Slow dinner service: The dinner options are great and reasonably priced, but the service is again very slow. 8. Average bread quality: The bread provided at the resort is considered average and nothing to be proud of. 9. Presence of flies: Flies were a constant presence at the resort, which may have been unpleasant. 10. Temperamental TV in the restaurant: The TV in the restaurant was reported to be unreliable. 11. Efficient room service: The room service, particularly Bahgat, was efficient and paid attention to detail. 12. Polite and efficient staff: Botros and Mr. Esmat from the restaurant, as well as Mina, Corolos, and Mohamed Dahab from the front desk, were professional, helpful, and provided service with a smile. 13. Overall average experience: While the staff members are praised, the resort is considered to be in an average spot. 14. Feedback for owners: There is a hope that the owners will address the mentioned issues and work on improving the resort's assets. “Amazing stay with affordability.”
Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay .first I like to thank Mr diaa a receptionist very kind person. He made out stay pleasant .my wife and my son only visit Egypt and we choose this hotel .they live there 3 nights Mr diaal also arrange for my family texi and well maners and good behaviour driver . The staff were amazing, friendly, and always willing to assist no matter what time of the day it was 24/7. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and the floors mopped daily. Room service was second to none … highly recommended hotel for a very competitive and reasonable price. You get more than what you pay for…
