There was no secondary security on the door. The thermostat was not hooked up to the registers. The shower came in hot then cold then hot and cold again. Bed was uncomfortably hard. We only stayed one night. We tried to get our money back for the night that we didn't stay, but they wouldn't give it to us. We tried to get reimbursed through booking.com/help, but we were unsuccessful there as well. Will not recommend booking.com or Carleton Motel and Coffee Shop to anyone in the future. You could reimbursed us our money for the one night we didn't stay. 506 755-6945 if interested in speaking with us as we were unsuccessful in speaking to a person!

Great location. Room was spotless and looked almost new. Enjoyed the well kept yard with the large trees and chairs. Price was reasonable.

“Passable but need to be better at customer service.”
It was convenient, just off the highway after crossing over the bridge onto PEI. The room was basic but clean. Bathroom was spotless. Had a microwave and a fridge. Plenty of towels. Parking is right outside the room. The building was in a good state or repair.

They run behind maintenance. The heater was a small fan heater. No central heater. Shower water was boiling. Way too hot.

“Very nice and convenient for us, for a quick trip to the island when we had to stay overnight.”
Family had breakfast and it was good. The location right off the main road was excellent for us and made it easy to be on our way quickly. Room was clean and neat.
