“Unsafe and disappointing stay”

Our stay here was unsafe and very disappointing. The bedroom balcony door could not be locked and could be opened from outside. We were four women traveling in a foreign country, yet the staff told us it was “okay,” that “nothing ever happens,” and that we should simply trust strangers with our safety. They refused to change our room and left us to spend one entire night in these unsafe conditions before finally fixing the door the next day. We did not feel secure sleeping in the apartment, and the way the staff handled the situation was rude and dismissive. They did not apologize, and their messages to us (including on WhatsApp) felt unprofessional. On top of this, there was a constant bad smell from the bathroom, and the apartment did not look like the photos online — it was much smaller than expected. The trash bin was placed on the balcony, meaning we had to walk through the bedroom every time to throw something away. Otherwise, the only option was to keep a trash bag under the sink next to pots and pans, which was very unhygienic. Outside, trash bins were overflowing and garbage was scattered around, making the property surroundings look like a dumping ground. Overall, this was not a safe or comfortable place to stay, and we cannot recommend it to others.

This is a renovated but old building. Furnitures And Windows were old. The kitchen And bathroom recently renovated, very clean. The bathroom equipment was okay, but the kitchen was not well equipped at all. The one i liked very much is a new microwave owen. That was very clean too. The bed was not confortable for me. Maybe above 40 i have more sensitive back… the location is shouldnt be a surprise, clearly can be checked before.. we liked it very much! :) 4 nights for almost 800€ is too much for this. If the location would be somewhere else i would not recommend for this price. Here its okay. I choose because of the kitchen, but finally we return every day so late that we didn’t really used.

Easy to find. Kitchenette was great for sandwiches and if you're on a budget. Great location for starting point for hikes

“Cost effective stay”

The bathroom was nice and the apartment was spacious. It was nice having a freezer. Great views and nice location. It was closeby Cortina d’Ampezzo and there were some restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Located in the middle of a forest area and surrounded by pine trees. Has lots of private parking. Room had a pretty large balcony.

Nice that the ENI village is still in operation.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped.

“Nice Apartment”

The staff at Reception at the Boite Hotel where we checked in next door were extremely friendly. The apartment was perfect for 4 friends. Everything was clean. It was only a 24-minute drive away from Cortina. There is free parking.

Spacious apartment, all basic amenities provided. If You have your car I'd recommend staying there.
