I stayed at Pirivena Garden Resort – Homestay AC Room with Attached Bathroom and WiFi on the night before the IESL RoboGames, and it was a very good experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the needed facilities. The location was also very good. Even though the place is in Boralesgamuwa, the environment was very quiet, calm, and peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax before the competition. The owner was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I wish the owner and Pirivena Garden Resort all the very best and continued success. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Asanka & family’s homestay!, they made me feel like an old friend visiting from out of town. I so much appreciated allowing me to arrive earlier & rest from my flights, I was exhausted and seeing the comfortable bed and quiet room was idyllic. The location was important (10 min walk from Transport department for IDP) and ability to seek local knowledge is always appreciated. All the family spoke excellent English and I enjoyed trading words with the kids, it was also a short distance to the Highway Bus. I shared a little space in the fridge which allowed me the luxury of a few foods that I often crave when travelling, it was lovely to share a meal also with the family and observe in the preparation.
