This place is absolutely perfect for a family, couple or even a group. You will wake up to a sunrise every morning to start of the perfect day. It's out the way off tourist and very near 2 magical beaches even they are peaceful. The alta vista by David is a very top place to rest your head. Cheaper that the tourist areas and also so much space in the living quatre. 2 large double beds, and can't sleep 2 downstairs on the settee. This is our 2nd time here staying in this apartment. We will come back time and time again. What people don't know about boracay is that there is MONKEYS and the come to your balcony every single morning so make sure you have lots of food for them to enjoy feeding them. The staff in the resort of the apartment are also very nice, attentive and well organised. We would love to even buy an apartment in alta vista in the future, you will say WOW so many times. The security are right on top of there job and don't let anything fall out of place. The caretaker is so nice and sweet and goes above and beyond for you. She is just a message away at anytime. it has all the amenities you need and the laundry is near buy also. Owned by a Scottish person you can expect a great quality of living. They will help you hire a motorcycle and take right good care of you always with full respect. I LOVE THIS APARTMENT so quiet away from the tourist traps and busy areas. Trust me when I tell you... The property is great. Staff is all accommodating. In-house spa is a great way to relax (recommended). Resort is 10min walk to Puka Beach and 5min ride to a nearby supermarket. Our family has a pleasant stay. THANKS to Mr David and Ms Melody for an excellent hospitality. BUNOS: We're given a chance to feed hand to hand the monkeys in the balcony.

The unit is spacious and in a quiet area. It is also very near Puka beach. Melody has been very accommodating and helpful with giving us tips in going around and which places to go.

Lovely apartment and very helpful/responsive host. Great location for beautiful Puka beach. The minor issues we had were attended to very quickly. Loved the monkey visits (doors closed!!) and the peace and quiet surroundings. Thanks for a great stay.

It's a good value for money and a good option for those travelling with family. It's quite away from the main beach and the crowd but it's very near Puka beach, just a walking distance. The caretaker, Melody is very helpful and assisted us with all our needs. She gave us a lot of info where to go, prices and more.

Ate melody is very helpful. The house is superb with complete cooking wares.

The place is so nice, peaceful, quiet & relaxing. The LOFT room kids loved it so much, perfect for young family as the room is located at 3rd floor of the Building just stairs, no lift available. Good for workout 😊😊😊. If ever i’m to comeback in Boracay, i will stay here again. Highly recommended and the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The facilities and the loft

The unit was the perfect size for my family, and everything we needed was already there. It was nice and quiet ( how I like it). The caretaker, Melody, made sure we were well taken care of and well-informed as well ( warnings about the monkeys).Alta Vista is quite far from the main beach and restaurants, so transportation and delivery fees can be on the expensive side, but it won't break the bank. Just try to talk to the people around you, and you'll find that there are lots of cheaper options to go around the island.

The resort facilities are awesome. The unit is very spacious and the host and caretaker are both kind and accommodating. We enjoyed seeing more than 10 monkeys in the yard and in the balcony. The view from the unit balcony is spectacular. The pool is one of the best in the island.
