Just a minute walk from the famous white sand of Boracay Beach, The Tides Hotel Boracay is located within D’Mall shopping area. It features a restaurant and a rooftop pool and bar. “Good value”
Big room for 4 people, central and clean area. Our room check in was a bit delayed so as an apology we got free one hour massage each. Quite satisifed.

“Great location, and superb staff!”
The staff were absolutely superb! Everyone made us feel very welcome and any issues we had were dealt with promptly—they eventually moved us to a nicer room, which we didn’t expect but really appreciated. The location was great, close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The bed and pillows were really comfy. We’d definitely stay in Tides Hotel the next time we’re in Boracay!

The staff were exceptional, always cheerful and helpful, could not do enough for us. Loved them all. Also great position. The staff were always sweeping and cleaning. Always said hello and if I asked for anything they did it promptly.

“Dishonest staff”
The staff are really nice and accommodating, the booking officer of the hotel is not, when i booked the location, i realize that all amenities are on their top floor, i express my concerns that i got a couple of elderly that cant go out and will like to enjoy the amenities, i tried to cancel the booking right away like 30 mins when i realise the mistakes and it was not convenient to the guests but instead of helping us they made some false information that they have a lift and its just broken, misleading information and due to the dishonesty i will not come back to this place or even refer this to other people
