“Beautiful location in Station 3. View spectacular right on the beach”

Right on the beach, my room the Reef room was huge, nice decor and the balcony with that view was spectacular. Restaurant underneath is run separately but they work together for an unbelievable experience. Staff always considering what I need in advance as a solo traveller I was at ease chatting to locals and other guests a very relaxed vibe station 3 is where you want to be.

“Comfortable and spacious”

The apartment is very spacious with a huge beach view terrace. Pretty design. We loved the location in station 3, far from the noisy bars. Their restaurant has just enough tasty breakfast and lunch options to be able to stay the whole day on the beach. In the evenings we walked to the center to enjoy the nightlife and go back to the quiet place to sleep. The bathroom is big with a walk in rain shower, countertop washbasin, toilet bowl and some furniture (just letting know that it's fine as there were no photos of the bathroom when we booked and that made us hesitate). There is also a fridge and kitchen utensils, coffee maker (not visible on the photos).

Gorgeous quite location and great view. Nice mattress on the bed - comfy but not too soft. A lot of space in the room. Very friendly staff who brings a beach bed for you every morning.

Huge size with great balcony right on the beach in a quiet part of Station 3 away from the crowds - perfect!

This was the most perfect place for our week long stay here. The room was large, spacious and sunny and the balcony was amazing. We think we had the best views on the entire beach. The room was so clean and comfortable and there is a great restaurant and bar down stairs. It’s in station 3 so much quieter down here. We found station 2 way to busy for us but it’s only a 15 minute walk if you want to go and check our dmall. I highly recommend staying here if you want picture perfect views from your room and balcony. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was well located, quite spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Not only do you have an exceptional view but the beach is literally 10m away. There is a restaurant downstairs with an extensive menu and there are several more within leasurely walking distance. There are also several convenience stores and supermarkets close by. I would gladly recommend it to anyone and will certainly go back myself.

Beautiful room in beautiful location. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond every day. The room was wow. Amazing balcony. Very spacious room. Absolutely lovely. The restaurant downstairs is charming. Lovely staff and great menu. The beach is stunning. Away from Stations 1 and 2.overly and quiet but you can walk to the lovely areas if you want. Groceries close by. We moved here from a sub standard hotel and were delighted we did. Definitely recommend.

the room was very spacious and clean! the location is quiet and away from the crowds, but is still accessible. It's a half an hour walk by the beach to station 2 downtown. the beach is right outside, and is so clean and perfect. Super worth

It’s located in the quiet part of the beach, which we loved. The best part about the studio was the EXCEPTIONAL balcony. We could enjoy the sunset in the comfortable chairs and waking up to the view of the sea, beach and palm trees can hardly be beat by anything. It’s located right at the beach and you don’t even need to stay on it. You can literally chill on the balcony, go for a a swim and go back to it.

Location was perfect, easy access walking to other stations. Staff very helpful and make you feel really welcome.

“A better way to enjoy Boracay”

Superb location, attentive staff, very spacious accommodation, on the beach, relaxed atmosphere. Good vibe and no sense that rules governed your stay. Minor mishap with the plumbing that could have been a disaster was managed superbly with minimum interruption. Felt very relaxed, what more could one want? Shout out to local restaurants Bistro des amis and Congas. Housekeeping was superb.
