Staff is amazing & accessibility to Diniwid beach and Mama’s fish house.

The first thing we liked was the room size. They are large and spacious. We stayed in both room types — with a garden and without one — and both options were great. The second thing I’d like to mention is the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our rate, and we also purchased one additional breakfast for another guest. The food was excellent, tasty, and reasonably priced for Boracay. The staff were always helpful, ready to give advice, answer questions, and assist whenever needed. This is not directly related to the hotel, but the beach feels like a secluded paradise with clean water. After White Beach, it feels like a peaceful hidden gem — no vendors and no crowds of tourists. There is also a beach bar where you can order a drink and use the sun loungers. Also not directly related to the hotel, but nearby there are many small shops and 3–4 good cafes with decent food options. And finally, a nice bonus for animal lovers: the hotel is home to the three cutest dogs — Sky, Winston, and Gia.

“Nice little hotel next to a little hidden gem”

The room was very. very big and comfortable. The aircon worked perfectly which was nice given how hot it was during our stay. We’ve really enjoyed the location. It’s a 10mins walk to Station 1 if you go through the beach or you can get a scooter/e-trike ride just outside the hotel for very cheap (150-200 pesos). Diniwid beach is a little gem, much more authentic and less touristy than the other main beaches on the island. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boracay. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

We stayed at Sulu Sea Boutique Boracay for a week, honestly, it was one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating getaways we’ve had. Tucked away just 100 metres from the quiet shores of Diniwid Beach (walking distance!), this place was a steal! Secluded enough away from the bustling crowds and easy access to Stations 1, 2, and 3. If you love slow mornings, beach strolls, and the sound of the waves like us (without the party noise), this is the spot 😎 What really made our stay extra special were the lovely hosts, James and Kier. These two were warm, polite, and incredibly attentive, always ready to help us with our travel routes. We had breakfast included in our stay, and James is a wonderful cook, and we enjoyed a few cozy shared meals alongside the true stars of the property: Sky the mischievous husky, Frisky Gia, and Lord Winston, the charming sausage dog. It truly felt like home. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with clean linens and plenty of space to stretch out and unwind. We’re the type of travelers who enjoy walking, and staying here gave us the perfect excuse to slow down and take our daily “mental health” walks along the beach and back. And just a few steps ahead? The Diniwid Beach Bar and of-course Diniwid beach, perfect place to end your day with a cocktail drinks and sunset views. If you’re looking for a laid-back, friendly, and peaceful place to stay in Boracay, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

I had a really lovely stay at Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome. One of the best parts of staying here is how close the hotel is to the beautiful private stretch of White Beach in Zone 1, which in my opinion is the nicest part of the area. It felt almost like having my own little secluded paradise. The view from the hotel is also stunning — perfect for taking photos or simply sitting back and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. I spent quite a few afternoons just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. I also appreciated the breakfast each morning, which was a really nice way to start the day.

“Good location, great staff and services, and overall a great stay”

The hotel is located at the north part of the island, so far enough from the white beach to enjoy a more private, calm beach with less people but still close enough to the center to be able to get there fast. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is really good, so I recommend getting it, and they offer laundry services, so you can have your clothes cleaned and ironed in one day for a very low price. The rooms are comfortable, with AC so the heat is not a problem. Overall services, location, staff and room were very good, and I feel very pleased with the stay. I definitely recommend it!

Great and quiet location in the woods overlooking the trees and the sea, convenience stores and restaurant nearby and direct access to Diniwid beach, the penthouse/apartment dimensions with a vast comfort room, bedroom with a king size bed and well equipped kitchen, and a fantastic terrace to chill out at night! Kind staff and friendly dogs : )

“A little spot of paradise away from the crowds”

We loved Sulu Sea! Diniwid beach is beautiful and a little spot of paradise tucked away from the busy centre, but only a 15 minute walk down the beach for lots of restaurants and bars. The beach bar on Diniwad Beach was by far our favourite place to eat and drink, and the staff at Sulu Sea are lovely. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly. Breakfasts were basic but delicious and they have three very cute dog who will join you every morning.

The hotel is in a super quiet location, the rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. 1 min away from Diniwid Beach. The guys from the staff are kind, friendly, respectful and good. They helped us with directions and information.

“Isolated location has its pros and cons but we enjoyed our stay”

This is a value for money place to stay. The staff were really nice too. The location though far from the center (around 30 mins walk or so) has its pros such as being in front of your own little white beach where you can also snorkel to see marine life, away from the crowd. Room size was quite spacious for 2 people.

Great hotel in a natural and leafy area. Very nice and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Comfortable room and bed. Not easy to find, but worth the hassle of getting there. Beach bars and restaurants close by to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. For a very quiet and relaxing stay Sulusea is recommended.
