I stayed at this Hotel in Boracay from March 2 to March 4. I booked 2 rooms, one for myself and one for a friend. I was very impressed by the staff, especially John, who took care of all my needs from checkin on arrival to checkout on departure. John is a valuable asset to this Hotel. I enjoyed my time at the SAVOY and I will stay there again when I return to Boracay in the future.

Absolute satisfaction, from small to big things.. the hotel is clean, spotless, the staff is smiling, helpful, attentive, always willing to help with any request. Breakfast varied, well organized, food and drinks during the day above the quality, I have no complaints at all and would book again without hesitation and would gladly recommend to others. The pre-booked return transfer was perfectly organized, we were taken care of every single step and most importantly without worries and chaos. The pools are huge, never crowded, the beach is a short walk away, but also very nice. The free shuttle to D mall is great, as well as the possibility to call a tuktuk at any time through the staff for a good price. I was sorry that I had to check out two days before the end of my paid stay and not use the return trip to the airport, because the reception staff were very nice and they were sorry that I was leaving early (we unexpectedly received a paid stay for another two nights at another hotel and since we had the opportunity to see other nice places on the island, we decided not to finish our stay at the Savoy just for this reason)

Good location, away from D-mall . But you have excellent shuttle service gratis. Nice beach . Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff is very polite. Also 7/11 shop is in the Hotel area. . I recommend 👌

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ben and one from the front desk that amazing and beautiful lady, sorry but for the life of me I cannot just recall her name at the moment, but she was so lovely, helpful and accommodated my request so quickly. I also love the area, and I love that they also have their own private beach. Definitely going back and highly tecommended.

This resort is well located if you want to stay on a peaceful place, has privet beach, very nice swimming pools and the staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious, everything clean and we got a very good room service. The breakfast was very good. The gym was also very good.

The location and the hotel except for services poor

Overall the experience was disappointing and the amenities portrayed as available just were not there upon arrival. The beach was nice but the hotel restaurants were sold out of over half the menu each day, never having chicken, fish, pork or salads available. The location is very secluded from the rest of Boracay so not an option to go to other nearby restaurants as there aren’t any. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was so sweet and lovely. We watched them feel bad having to repeatedly tell other guests they were sold out of food or inform that the amenity requested wasn’t available. Such lovely staff but the actual hotel was run very poorly and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We would not stay here again.
