“Great Beach Front House”

Very nice beachfront house in a more quiet and relaxed area in Boracay. Great for family stays where you can enjoy spending time together, drinking and playing games. The staff were very thorough and attentive, always making sure the house was clean and tidy. We weren’t aware but it was a great bonus that security guards were there during the evenings. Made staying there feel extra secure

Location was great station 3 was so clean and quiet great for a group of friends who just want to chill.

The location was outstanding and the host was lovely. We arrived for a birthday celebration to find scaffolding and screening covering the whole front of the building for protection from the weather in the off season. (understandably) This was not what we were expecting and wanted an uninterrupted view, as pictured, and open front to the beach. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond and organised the removal of it immediately so that our birthday celebration the next day was not impacted. Just amazing as it was so last minute and late in the day for her, but it wasn't an issue. It was well worth asking thats for sure. Everyone was so friendly and Boracay is STUNNING. We loved the access to cafes and restaurants close by and the fact it was just far enough out of the busier end of the other stations.

Staff were on hand the entire time. The 3 of the 4 bedrooms were ensuite which came as a surprise to us and the whole place is bigger than expected. There was a guard on site from 6pm to 6am which made us feel secure.

Location was perfect; roll out of bed into the gloriously clear sea, easy access to everything but far enough away from the noisier bars/restaurants.

It is a very nice and comfort apartment. Nora, the site manager makes us feel at home. She is always there to help us with our problem, and responses immediately with our requests. The house is right in front of the beach, and we can watch beautiful sunset daily.

Everything! Best location, far from crowd yet easy access to basic things. Quiet and right in front of a pristine beach. Nora, Wilma and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I spoke to them initially about getting keys early, or dropping off my bags before I even booked the property. They knew my arrival time and even though they said I can drop my stuff off nobody was there. After calling, texting, asking neighbors about 1.5 hours later someone showed up.

It’s a beachfront villa. There is a restaurant directly beside it. The staff are attentive and housekeeping was there everyday. Also, there is security from 6pm til 6am so we felt safe. There are available cooking and eating utensils, stove and fridge at the ground floor and upper floor and a grill although we did not use it. there are taps at the side of the villa so that you can wash your feet before going in. There is wifi available and aircon in every room. Hot and cold showers as well.

Superb location when you want to be close to everything but in a more quiet mood. It has more local flavour than station 1. The house is fabulous for a longer stay - spacious and clean, right in front of the sea. Cosy caffeterias and restaurants around.

The location of this villa is out of movies! it’s probably the most iconic place I’ve ever stayed with it’s front yard being on the beach, it also makes it super easy and comfortable to just go and have a nice swim as many times as you want!

The house is very beautiful and perfectly placed in front of the white beach. Staff Ate Wilma and manager Ms.Nora are very welcoming and attending to all our needs.
