Breakfast 6/10 . Room and balcony good, location was great. Located on the beach!! Could have gone for a swankier more modern hotel but it is hard to put a price on that balcony and view.

Location is perfect. Nice, quiet and nice restaurant and strandbars nearby. Although the rooms needs some upgrades it’s nice to stay there.

“Charming hotel in the heart of Station 1.”
Loved the location, right on a lively but not overcrowded part of the beach, with a nice pool for swimming. Beach loungers always available, great massage and paddle boards to rent right outside. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good, the rooms comfortable and the staff always pleasant and helpful. Would certainly return and didn't see a place that appealed more in the 9 days we were there. It was very good value for money.

“beach experience”
We chose this resort as a beach location, which is right on the beach. We were accommodated about 500 meters from the beach. We chose the double hotel option :)) During the day, a beach resort with an excellent location, and in the evening, a place to sleep and relax in comfort. I rate the resort highly because it met our expectations exactly.

“Peaceful and chill stay at Station 1”
I really enjoyed my stay at Las Brisas. The location in Station 1 is quiet and peaceful — perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy Boracay away from the usual crowds and noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s a wonderful place for a calm beach getaway, ideal for travelers looking for a more laid-back and restful experience.

Clean, homey, newly renovated bath, perfect location and staff are very attentive and helpful. Staff provided umbrellas, put on caution wet floor signs. They also have in house restaurant lovely humble setting with excellent food
