Excellent pool for families, however quite a few broken tiles in the pool. Extra large bed, really comfortable. En-suite shower was brilliant. A variety of eateries appended to the hotel. Lots of free activities for families.

Well… where do I even begin? Let’s start with this: 4 stars is wildly generous for this hotel. For context, I’m a solo traveler and had been exploring Southeast Asia for a month. I came to Boracay for just two days, hoping to relax and enjoy a bit of luxury. That’s not what I got. First red flag: upon arrival, I was asked to leave a deposit that would only be refunded two weeks later. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels across the Philippines—none required this. Unusual and inconvenient. Second issue: communication and the beach setup. I emailed the property a week in advance to ask about airport transfers—never got any response. Then, I specifically asked about beach beds and was told they were available—just go to the beach. Reality? No hotel beach beds at all. You have to rent them from other resorts. Misleading from start to finish. Third: no smart TV. In a supposed 4-star hotel. No streaming, no phone connectivity—nothing. I’ve had better in 2-star hotels. Fourth: no hairdryer in the room. I only found out after showering at night. By the time one was sent up, it was useless—and I had to step out to avoid freezing from the AC. Fifth: I requested room cleaning in the morning (used the button). Came back at night—room untouched. Clearly forgotten. Finally, while the staff were polite, communication was difficult. I’m fluent in English (and speak four languages), but there was still a noticeable language barrier. Bottom line: If you’re expecting a proper 4-star experience or even a hint of luxury, look elsewhere. There are much better options in Boracay. Don’t be fooled by the ratings.

Great location 3 mins to beach. Very friendly and helpful service. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet enjoyable. The sheltered pool was very good on a day too windy for the beach.

For some reason hotel refuses to send me invoice for paid accomodation. Despite multiple requests for getting one, I am openly ignored and this is the first time that I have experienced this type of unpleasantness, rudeness and indifference from hotel staff anywhere.
