We had an amazing stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel location is excellent since it’s only a short walk to the beach and located in D’Mall, the center for shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was also one of our favorite spots, especially during sunset. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will surely stay here again.

The Location of the hotel was great. In the middle of D'Mall with a lot of Restaurants right in front. 2min walk to the beach. Staff was always helpful and nice. Breakfast was absolute amazing!!!! Def. Coming back!

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of D’Mall, making it incredibly convenient. The Spanish-inspired architecture adds a distinctive and charming touch to the overall ambience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast could be improved, the attentive service more than made up for any shortcomings. The Duty Manager for F&B was especially proactive and helpful.

It was once again an absolute pleasure to stay at Feliz Hotel for the second time. During our first visit in September 2022, we were already impressed, and this experience confirmed that our enthusiasm has not changed. The level of service remains outstanding. The staff are truly exceptional — attentive, hardworking, motivated, and genuinely friendly. This deserves special recognition. Our room and the entire hotel property were impeccably clean and constantly maintained. We would especially like to thank Raymart for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay, as well as the rest of the team who showed such kindness and attention, particularly toward our niece. The overall look and feel of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, from the impressive entrance to the beautiful rooftop pool with a dedicated kiddie pool and a stylish hotel bar — creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was well organized and offered a good variety of both hot and cold dishes. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Station 2 near D’Mall. It is a lively area, which adds to the vibrant Boracay experience and is worth noting for guests who enjoy being close to everything. We sincerely thank the entire team at Feliz Hotel. On our next visit to Boracay, we will most certainly return.

“Great hotel”

Nice clean room with a big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and hot shower. We especially loved the roof terrace - lovely staff, happy hour every evening, karaoke, board and card games and a nice pool. Good variety at breakfast, and staff were really helpful if you were ever waiting for a particularly dish to be replenished. It was only a 3-minute walk from the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars.

The close proximity to the beach and Dmall. The fire show was very cool. Staff were always pleasant and more than happy to help.

It’s centrally located to the beach, shops and food. Great location for families who want convenience. The beds were also super comfortable.

Super friendly staff, room and bathroom were a decent size for the family. The location was a winner for us. The hotel itself has a lot to offer, like live music, fire dancing, a rooftop pool, and a family activity area. We enjoyed karaoke and drinks. We were welcomed, felt valued, and staff took good care of us. I am glad we used the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. It was reasonably priced, reliable, and a smooth transfer. Restaurant food is also very good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel is generally clean and well-presented. We did not have any issues during our stay. We came with two kids and they all enjoyed the stay. The morning breakfast was better than the 5-star hotel we previously stayed in Manila. You get varieties every day so you are not repeatedly eating a similar breakfast meal every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a better experience in Boracay without breaking their budget.

The location of Felix was fantastic! Breakfast was amazing the best service we've ever had on all our Far East Asian holidays (e.g., Penang, Bali, Koh Samui, and Phuket). Mico's hospitality and generosity, especially in catering to our vegetarian diet, made the holiday perfect.

“Truly special hotel”

The kerb appea was great. It made you feel like we had arrived somewhere special. From pulling up outside reception, the staff were there to assist with check in . Cold infused water was served whilst we were checking in. The building was clean and cared for. The room was large. Spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Towels are provided for use on the beach, which is 200m away. The roof terrace with the infinity pool, great to watch the sunsets. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. Everything about the hotel, was just wonderful. Staff incredible.

“Luxury in Station 2!”

Feliz Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a stunning property located right in the heart of D’Mall, so we literally had everything we needed within walking distance. The décor beautifully blends modern design with traditional Filipino touches, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided a great night’s sleep every evening during our stay. The hotel is only about a two-minute walk from the beautiful beach, where we enjoyed watching the sunset each day, we made sure to be there before 5:30 pm because it was absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast at Feliz was lovely, with a variety of options that changed daily. I personally love Filipino breakfasts, so I was always looking forward to it each morning. I also got a few treatments at the spa, and they were absolutely sensational, the therapists were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. It was the perfect addition to an already wonderful stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My family wanted to try several activities during our trip, and the team at Feliz organised everything for us, from transfers to payments, making the process completely hassle-free. When my mum unfortunately slipped due to the rain and hurt her arm, the staff were incredible. They checked on her constantly, left thoughtful notes wishing her well, and even offered to take her to the clinic (which she kindly declined). Their care and attentiveness really highlighted the level of hospitality at Feliz. Overall, our stay at Feliz Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely return. If you want to be centrally located while still enjoying a touch of luxury, Feliz is absolutely perfect!
