Terrible room cleanliness and a general poor upkeep. The staff were inattentive and didn’t seem to be trained. The food was cold and took a long time to come, i didn’t feel welcomed to the property, only after complaining to the front desk did i receive some sort of attention from th staff. About 3 of the pools were closed for maintanence which was a shame to see as there was no warning about this. We left after one night in this hell hole

What a fabulous resort so much to do and so much around it is most certainly a vacation resort on its own. All staff were amazing especially the house keeping on the 5th floor a big shoutout to them.

Excellent Stay at Fairways and Bluewater (May 28 – June 1), 2026. We had a truly memorable and meaningful stay at Fairways and Bluewater from May 28 to June 1. While the property itself is beautiful, what made our experience exceptional was the kindness and compassion of your staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I would like to especially commend Karla from the Front Desk. As an OFW who had just returned from the Middle East and was still coping with the effects of a recent war, I have become extremely sensitive to noise and easily get anxious. Although our request for a room transfer was initially declined by Apple, Karla listened with empathy and immediately took action. She accommodated our request and arranged a quiet room for us, which greatly helped me feel safe and at ease. Her understanding and care meant so much to us. We are also grateful to Anthony from Concierge, who patiently assisted us during the room viewing. He took the time to help us find and choose the most suitable room, ensuring it met our needs. His attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to recognize Johnny, Supervisor at Laguna Café. On the evening of May 30, I experienced a vertigo attack and was unable to walk to the dining area the following morning. While my request to have breakfast in the room was initially declined by another supervisor, Johnny kindly understood my situation. On May 31, he personally assisted in preparing and packing my breakfast. Not only that, but he also checked on me the next day (June 1) when he saw me during breakfast, which showed genuine care for guests. These acts of kindness and compassion made our stay not just comfortable, but truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Karla, Anthony, and Johnny, for your outstanding service. We will definitely remember this experience and look forward to staying with you again.

“Unfortunatley this hotel wasted my holiday”

I tarvel three times a year. I always go five star. This resort is a town inside a town. Gigantic. Huge grounds. Massive unecessary golf courses. Never saw one person playing golf there. It would take a whole month to get familiar with the place. I didn't bother. I just spent my time either in the room or in the town. I stayed there three nights. Every morning I had problem finding my way to the restaurant for breakfast. Really big place. You don't feel you are on holiday. Its like living in a compound. You must take hotel shuttle to go anywhere. Yes they have access to a private beach. But its a chore to get there. Aparently have few swimming pools scattered around the place. I didn't bother. There is no personal touch. I go to hotels and on the second day when staff see me, they call me by name. In this hotel you are just another guest another dollar. It just wasn't for me

The foam party at the pool was a hit! Breakfast was good, decent variety and quality Clean Infinity pool and private clean small beach (though far) Plenty of kind staff ready to assist Farewell cookies for the last night were a tasty touch... Comfortable bed Smart TV

-The staff were all amazing! Everyone is very helpful and hospitable and are always available to cater our needs. -The breakfast is amazing, the Pandesal was personally unforgettable for me and have really good selection. The Augusta pool really well maintained and inviting. Food quality was really good and the thin crust pizza was our favorite. -I had an opportunity to do the spa as well and it was really relaxing, quiet and the rooms are well maintained. -i loved how the area is very privatized, far from the busy stations and also for having its own private beach.
