The location is excellent. 30 seconds walk to the beach. Its in the best part of Borocay, quiet but the best bars and restaurants. Away from the gift shops. The staff are excellent,especially Cha.Inly booked for 9 days but extended for another 5 days. Safe enough to go out and leave youre door unocked

“Enjoy Boracay”

Located on the seafront, with the cleanest and most beautiful beach on White Beach, with superb bars and restaurants close to the location... a 10-15 minute walk on the beach from station 2, the fun area, the room is large, clean, but without great pretensions, in the yard a few extremely clean and very friendly dogs... if you don't come to Boracay with luxury pretensions... and you come with the desire to enjoy everything Boracay has to offer... yes, I recommend this location...

We had a great stay at this small boutique resort just a few steps away from the beach. The place was quiet and clean, our room was spacious, and their staff were all very kind and accommodating. Hanging out with their cute dogs was a great bonus!

Its at the quieter part of the White beach, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars but quiet at night and less crowded. The people who works here are amazing. Super welcoming and warm, they truly one feel welcomed. The dogs roam free in the premises are also very friendly, and asked to be pat. Overall a very comfortable 4 nights stay here.

My recent stay at this boutique hotel in Boracay was a pleasant and memorable experience. While it isn’t a luxury resort, the hotel offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that feels just right. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff truly stood out with their friendly and attentive service—they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was a big plus too, just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a more laid-back, affordable option that doesn’t compromise on quality or service, this boutique hotel is an excellent choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

“A family and pet-friendly accommodation at a peaceful location.”

They have a room with kitchen. We requested to have one, if available, because we have a 2-yr old with us and a kitchen is helpful for prepping his food and cleaning his milk bottles. They lent us an electric kettle which is also helpful to prep a warm milk than always asking for warm water from the staff. The room also has a fridge, perfect to store and cool drinks esp water in this summer season. The location, Station 3, is just perfect for what we wanted/needed. We wanted to enjoy Boracay's fine sand but not the presence of the other overcrowding visitors nor the too commercial ambience. If you want to be more nearby the souvenir shops and bars, try Station 2. We wanted a more provincial feeling and we got it there — it's less noisy, it's peaceful and relaxing when you go outside. We also wanted our kid to enjoy running around the beach without us worrying that he'll get easily bumped by others. The resort itself is not far away from the beach front, it was a less than 5-min walk for us (depending on the pace of your walk). The food in Everrich were also nice (we tried bacon and longganisa w/ rice for breakfast and salmon risotto for lunch) and we love the different coffee flavors that they offer — we tried the Army Coffee (w/ peanut butter), Love Shack Coffee (latte w/ mango pulp), and I Purple You (espresso w/ ube flavoring and condensed milk). We've only tried 2 of the nearby restaurants — Conga (Thai resto) but our fave is Nagisa, a Japanese coffee shop that offers a wide array of heavy meals. The wifi is also good that I was tempted to do some office work. The staff and the owner, Carlos, were really friendly and accommodating. We're okay that they have cat and dog pets inside the resort (as advertised). We also wanted our kid to be familiarized with and exposed to them since no pets are allowed in where we live. The staff are also alert and ready to help when the dogs are being too excited and barky.
