The hotel is very basic and simply furnished. The rooms are quite old and clearly show their age, but everything was acceptable for a simple stay. What surprised me was that there was no daily room service. The room was not cleaned every day, and towels were not changed daily either. This is something I am not used to, as in most hotels there is at least a light daily cleaning and, if needed, fresh towels. However, it was manageable and not a major issue for me. Overall, it is a very simple hotel with modest standards. If you are looking for comfort or modern facilities, this may not be the right place, but if you are aware that it is a basic hotel, it is fine for a short stay.

“Good - would recommend”
We enjoyed our stay at Emeral Bay Hotel. It’s nice and close to the beach at station 2 and 3, and the room had good aircon and a comfortable bed. The staff was absolutely lovely and attentive, and the breakfast was really nice. There’s a water station as well with filtered cold water, which we appreciated.

“4days I paid 16k pesos.”
Near to the beach front few steps only. Clean room, clean beds and towels. Highly recommended. Building it’s a bit old but our stays are very comfortable and clean. Free breakfast which the best thing about it. Big Rave to Ms Irvi the cook and server, and Mr. Robert the housekeeping man thank you so much.

At first I upset BBC’s the photo of the bed that. I book is two when in actual is only one bed In I ask why at the photo I book is two bed in I come is one they answer is the photo is wrong For my opinion don’t post to Incourage customer in when actual is not same is too bad Experience
