Excellent hotel, located in proximity to all you need, both the beach and town are close by. Nice pool and restaurant But the win is the staff I had an issue with my mobile and the reception staff all came forward to help - thanks so much Special mention to Jaypee and the restaurant staff who were so nice, friendly and respectful

“A truly wonderful 11 ​​days; I can highly recommend a cabana.”

This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel complex since 2012. Just like back then, I was very, very satisfied and happy during my 11-night stay. I booked a cabana; the amenities were perfect, the staff were always courteous and friendly, and the breakfast was ample with a wide selection. I took a two-day excursion to Carabao Island. The hotel was concerned for my safety and obtained my guide's contact information in case anything happened, but everything went well, and I arrived back at the hotel safely. Very friendly staff. The entire hotel is very naturistic and peaceful. Swimming pool is great and the breakfast buffet was good and varied. Great location away from the main buzz of the beach.

I would have given it a 10but the beds were very very hard made it really hard to sleep.

We truly appreciated how the hotel accommodated our requests—it made our stay even more special. Our dorm room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise and perfect for our stay. What really stood out was the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, approachable, accommodating, and consistently attentive to our requests and needs. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. The breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection was impressive, and during our 6-day stay, we never had a repeat of the main viands or pasta dishes—this was truly a wow factor for us and showed great thought and effort from the kitchen team. The location is another big highlight. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the main beach, which is very convenient. Stepping out of the hotel, you’ll find a 7-Eleven right in front, nearby banks, and Savemore just a 10–15 minute walk away. There are also e-trikes readily available right in front of the hotel, making transportation very easy. Overall, everything—from the room, service, food, to the location—exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What to say, the stay in the Boracay Tropics was absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean. You will get bottle of water everyday. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast exceed my expectation, it was so various and delicious. Also hotel restaurant and bar were perfect. Ask bartender for signutare mocktails, you won't regret. It is very close to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. You can use swimming pool, order massage to your room and don't forgot about airport transfer, when the hotel staff is accompained you to the airport and you don't have to care about anything and it is super fast.
