Haven Resort Hotel. My review? I had an email exchange with Rosemarie, from sales, before booking. I asked for a discount for long term stay, but I did not receive a special price. The hotel is outdated, the room I was accommodated in was small, but THE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF, THE FACT THAT THEY WERE CLEANED DAILY AND THE ATTENTION GIVEN MAKE ME GIVE A VERY GOOD REVIEW !!! THANKS KIRSTEIN, WEEL CHERRY, CHERRY AND EVERYONE ELSE AT THE RECEPTION AND THE RESTAURANT, THANKS FOR MANGO !!!

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The facilities, rooms, and location are all very good, and everything looks exactly like it does in the photos which I really appreciate. The food is also good (I’d rate it around 8/10), but what truly stood out to me was the staff. They are exceptional. I genuinely felt like a VIP throughout my stay. I’ve been to other hotels, even luxury ones, but this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of customer service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive. Even without asking, they would anticipate what I needed and offer help right away. It’s rare to come across staff who are this warm and thoughtful, THEY ARE TOP TIER. Another plus is the price. Compared to neighboring hotels, it’s actually quite affordable. The hotel also isn’t crowded, which makes the whole experience more peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, and we even had moments where we could enjoy it all to ourselves. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just about a 3-minute walk to the beach and around 7 minutes to dmall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding staff. They truly made the experience unforgettable.

We booked this hotel because it's only a few walks away from the beach and the main road. The staff was very professional and friendly and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. The daily breakfast buffet was spectacular--they even gave a surprise to our grandma for her bday. Thank you, Boracay Haven Resort!

The breakfast was very good quality and different choice each morning . The staff were all very friendly and helpful . The restaurant dealt with our requests for items at breakfast admirably . A big shout out to the girls making the omelettes the best we have had so far on our 3 month Asia travels . The bed was very comfortable .
