“Terrible. I want to know if there is health/human services in Philippines. It would condemn.”
No Cable TV. The cable was out and could not be repaired until a week after New Years. I was hoping to see the NCAA football playoffs. The floorboards in the rooms were dry-rotted and you were not allowed to wear shoes! That is right, take your shoes off downstairs and go barefoot because of sand, even though the sand fell between the floorboards. The ceiling was just tree stems. At night, if the light was on upstairs, it shown right through the ceiling. The major problem was the air quality. Heavy dust, mildew and MOLD!!!! 4 of 5 of us became ill. It ruined the vacation. Lots and lots of mosquitoes and ants. Due to the shoddy construction, it was very loud. The walls and floors/ceilings were just not solid. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock. No safe deposit box. Cannot even go swimming without wondering about your money and valuables. And it was built on top of a fast food restaurant (Army/Navy). It was unusually warn above the kitchen and no smoke detectors. We had room 6. This place needs to be condemned, We looked for other vacancies with no luck.

“Location only . Otherwise poor service and facility”
- The location is the best thing there . It opens through the general Boracay beach and almost at the centre of all hotels. Near the drop on and off the trip boats. - The staff were fine. - A very delicious restaurant is located below the property (named ARMY NAVY). That was the best thing as it was reasonably priced.

“Perfect Location!”
A few step away is the white sand of the beach of Boracay! The perfect location where it is in between in Station 1 & 2 of Boracay. It is a central location for a night life, resto and bar

“Great location, basic room”
BOROCAY is beautiful, this property is located right on the beach in between station 1&2. Close to the action yet still quiet. Gorgeous sunsets in front of the room. We chose the seaview room. Basic room, but had good WiFi, aircon and hot and cold water available on the landing. Nice staff

This place is awesome, you also get a discount from Army Navy when you buy. We will definitely come back and stay here over and over again. This is our new favorite spot in Boracay!!

“I would come back”
As mentioned this is a 2 star hotel, but is great. Super clean and cozy, nice little balcony with sea view, nice personel, the rate reflects the reality for what it is, even if it is not super modern renovated.
