We stayed in the zen room very spacious and comfortable they cater to all with there breakfast and its comes with a unreal view and its away from all the crowds the staff are so friendly and have 24 hr security

Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. They were attentive but their presence was very unobtrusive but once you need help they are there right away. I felt very secure with the presence of security 24/7 looking out not just for the property but their guests as well. Boracay is full of peddlers/vendors offering sorts of things, but the security and staff lets you know that if some is being a bother, they will intervene for you. The location of the property is quite at the very end of station 3 so there's not a lot of pedestrian. You'll really feel like you have a piece of Boracay to yourself. Breakfast being included in their room rates is the best, since no one wants to get up early, be presentable in public and have to think where to eat :)

The overall organization of the pick-up and the greeting at the property was very well done. We had straight away access and the air condition was on greeting us with a pleasant temperature inside. The room was setup nicely and all was clean.

As a lover of the Philippines and someone who has been to Boracay several times over the last 30 years, I have some legitimacy to be able to comment. For a few years now, Station 3 has been the only place I can be without the confusion and noise of the thousands of tourists who come to Boracay. In my opinion, the Boracay Beach Houses, specifically the Asiana room where I stayed, are the best option for those who want to be on the best part of the beach, away from the hustle and bustle, with a fantastic view from the room and with the comfort of a 5-star hotel . In my case, I rented a scooter to be able to visit the island better, but in 20 minutes walking along the beach you will be at the center of the chaos. Breakfast is served on the sand overlooking the sea, the rooms are cleaned every two days, which seems sufficient to me, the internet is perfect in the rooms, the shower is also great and the fact that there is a security guard 24 hours a day day makes us feel safe and scares away some of the pesky beach vendors.

We had a wonderful stay at Boracay Beach House. We rent the whole Mactan House (Jolliver/Wavesong + MyRoom). The rooms are premium: very comfortable and clean. Jolliver offers direct access to the beach while MyRoom offers a stunning view to the sea. Like every beach resort during habagat (windy/rainy season), they had to install wind breaker, but it did not bother us as the view remained fine. The beach is very quiet, it feels like a private beach. The house is a 20-25 min walk from D-Mall, but no need to walk that far: station 3 also offers a lof of very good food options. Sari-sari store is just nearby, and a 7eleven is also 6-min walk away. The staff was great, always attentive and anticipating your needs. It was a very relaxing experience. the property was located in the quiet side of the beach front areas. it was nice & cozy. the room and the area outside is clean, plus all the staff were friendly and accommodating. :)

Perfect location on Station 3 away from the overcrowded Station 2. The room is facing the ocean which is a rare find on the island! You can lie on the bed and enjoy a terrific view! The breakfast was the same for each day but quite good. The transfer option provided by the hotel was just very accurate in time and fast. The balcony turned out to be very narrow, no way to sit outside. But you can actually open the french windows and there's also a pair of sunbeds with tables on the roof top, so not an issue at all

The location was superb. The staff was very attentive, friendly and obliging. Plenty of facilities nearby. The area was generally quiet.

Beautiful Apartments directly at the white beach in front of the sea! It is not directly in the hot spot of the white beach, so definitely the perfect apartment if you are looking for a more quite and relaxing place a bit away from large crowds of people! The apartment was very clean and the bed very comfortable!

Location was great (beach front), serene and secured. The room was really spacious. They even provided anti-covid kit (alcohol, facemask, wet wipes). Staff were also very attending. They let us use their beach mat/"banig" when we decided to chill by the beach. They also have a water bed you can borrow for swimming or if you just want to chill outside.

it’s a beach front with private beach. you can take tons of photos and won’t get the noise of S1 and S2 Altho it’s quite a walk if you fancy going to nightclubs in S2
