“Relaxing Stay”

The Service was exceptional. The included transfer from the Airport to the Hotel was superb. Also the breakfast that you could choose daily was very delicious. It was also very quiet, even though you're not far away from the beach and the clubs. Pool and gym you can use at the Coast Hotel, which isn't far away.

The room is clean.

Quiet place, staff is excellent and very accommodating. Price is great as it includes transfers and you can use the COAST's facilities. We will be back.

Our stay at Blue Marina in Boracay was overall pleasant, with some standout features and a few minor drawbacks. Pros: • The transfer service was extremely smooth and convenient, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with two small children. It made arriving and departing stress-free. • We were welcomed with fruit and complimentary slippers, a nice and thoughtful touch. • While Blue Marina itself doesn’t have a pool, we had access to the pool at their sister property, Coast, which was a short walk away. At Coast, we also enjoyed free soft-serve ice cream and popcorn, a highlight for both kids and adults. • The location is very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. • The beds were comfortable, and the central location meant that everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and activities—was within walking distance. • The room had access to several entertainment options on the TV, such as Netflix, which was great for downtime. • The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Cons: • The room itself didn’t quite live up to the photos advertised online and could benefit from some updating or refreshing to match expectations. • Mosquitoes were a recurring issue both in the room and around the property. • The breakfast was average, and the dining area felt cramped. The presence of mosquitoes in the dining area made it less enjoyable. • The balcony in our room wasn’t very inviting and could use some improvement. • While Netflix was available, the account had a limited number of devices that could be used at the same time. This occasionally prevented our children from watching their programs as too many users were already logged in. • While access to Costa’s pool was great, the short walk might be inconvenient for some, especially during hot or rainy weather. In summary, Blue Marina is a good choice for families or anyone looking for a centrally located hotel with easy beach...

“Quiet place, small homely feel, lovely staff”

In station 2, very close to the beach but still far enough to be quiet from the night life music that can be loud on the beach front

Staff were really nice and took care of everything. Access to Coast was great The included transfers from Caticlan airport to the hotel and back were much appreciated and took the stress out of travelling.

“Top class hospitality and service like no other!”

They upgraded our rooms to coast, the facilities were amazing. We were greeted with refreshing drinks, popcorn and the service was on another level. On the beach, there was Jony, one of the butlers, and he was top notch. As we return from the beach, he wraps us with beach towels and fills our cups with ice cold water. Sharmine from the front desk was very helpful with any requests or questions we had. Honestly, the level of hospitality in this hotel is unmatched to any property I have ever stayed in. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

We love that the staff are always very polite, attentive and giving us a very homey and warm treatment from the moment we touch down from Caticlan airport, when we reached the hotel immediately they gave us a cold towel & welcome drink as refreshment! Until we checked out their assistance to us until we reached the airport is 100% hassle free! Consistency to their customer service is superb! We also love that we can upgrade our breakfast to coast buffet breakfast, but evenso we only upgraded once and we did not upgrade the rest of our stay the plated breakfast has a very generous serving + their breads, soups and pastries. The room is very spacious and air-condition is cold and we comfortably slept. They also did provide us a small cake for my son's birthday as my special note when we booked. Location wise, it is not a problem as it's only 2 minute walk going to beach front, the place is very demure and peaceful. We're so inlove with their minimalist detailing. Over all we highly recommend Blue Marina and we will book them again again in the future! Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation stay!

“Awesome Blue Marina”

I like botique hotels because it's home away from home. The staff in both Blue Marina and Coast are welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. I personally like the location because it's quiet at the same time close to the beach. I love the hassle-free airport to hotel (vice-versa) which comes included in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for people who value privacy and excellent hospitality.

Property was in a very good location. Blue Marina is near 7-Eleven and police station. And near to Coast to use their facility. Staff is superb, super friendly and reliable. I can say they are the best that the hotel should be proud of. They always come a long way just for you to have a comfortable stay, way beyond my expectations. Complimentary airport-hotel shuttle both ways are hassle free and convenient. Very family friendly. Food is great and have options for foreign food choices.

Liked everything!!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Blue Marina!!!!!! We are not at all disappointed with our choice of hotel! We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit! Incredibly soft bed, the air conditioner does not blow on the bed, the room is spacious and comfortable! They greeted us with a welcome drink and saw us off with a souvenir of the hotel (our photo in a frame)! The hotel has an ideal location: 2-3 minutes to the beach, about 5 minutes to the Coast, but the coolest thing is that the hotel is not far away, it was very quiet and you couldn’t hear all the street noise! Every day there was an amazingly delicious breakfast to choose from; the staff took into account all the wishes and replaced/added some products to the breakfast. Transfer from and to the airport was free from the hotel, it is incredibly convenient and reduces the time spent on traveling and searching for a hotel! All the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and made our holiday amazing! Also, guests from blue marina could use all the amenities and the beach of the Coast Hotel! On the beach, the workers laid out a beach mat and met us from the sea with towels, always bringing cool water and ice cream! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OUR AMAZING VACATION! We will definitely be back!

“Great Service..”

Everything was great. Service was excellent. From arrival to departure we were escorted by their staff from land transfer to boat transfer.. No hassle as in.. Their sister hotel which was The Coast hotel I can say their service was excellent as well. From the beach we were assisted by their staff like providing us towels, offering water and even fixing our place near the beach, wala ako masabi.. Sa pool naman, asikaso din kami as in. Lalo na si kuya na matangkad(forgot his name lng) Satisfied kmi tlaga.great job.. There was an incident wherein the other room's TV has no Internet, isang Sabi lng and they changed it agad agad o Di ba. Then the airconditioning had a problem as well and isang Sabi lng and it was fixed.. Cannot find any bad comment tlaga. Staff were very helpful and with their all smiles, you can never be tired.. 😀😀 Great job po.. Thanks for the wonderful service. Hoping to come back again soon..

“Best Boracay Vacay Ever”

We love everything!!! From the staff's attentiveness to the cleanliness of the place, everything is simply awesome. Their warm hospitality can be felt right from the time they pick you at the airport. The van smells clean and very comfortable. The staff at their dock will take care everything for you. We even felt very VIP because we're the only ones they picked from the airport and we got the speedboat all to ourselves. The hotel location eventhough is not beachfront is a few steps away from the beach and is very safe and convenient. There is a 7-11 and police station nearby. What we loved most is the way they helped us surprise our baby with a birthday cake slice. They prepared a couple of balloons with the cake slice and sang happy birthday with us. They also upgraded our bfast to Coast buffet on my kids bday and also sang a birthday song to her. During one of the afternoons we spent in Coast, kuya Ben learned that my kid loves the strawberry ice cream so he brought her some while they were in the gameroom. That's personalized service! We are definitely going back to Blue Marina/Coast. Every money spent is worth it for the quality of service they provided.
