The food is great and some of the staff are nice. Also I like the new coast beach access. Also love the Planet Sports shop. One of the receptionists, Michelle, was rude to my friends.

- they waived the early check-in payment coz it was my sister's bday. Our check-in was amazingly handled by Liv :) -There was a welcome drink :)- pls offer lemon water next time as an option. - proximity to Yapak beach,Puka Beach and Cujo's Keyhole - has the best view for a serene and majestic sunrise and open sea view. - the area is far and away from noisy crowd which is very perfect for sound reflection and peace of mind. - chirping of the birds early morning - safety and security of the whole area - we see security personnels roving early mornings and late evenings - that there are free activities part of the accommodation booking - free to book for the usage of hotel vehicle for pick-up and drop off - which some hotels don't have - there are activities to choose from within the area - the buffet breakfast was fantastic and has value for money. Menu for the day is a mix of Asian and Western cuisine :) - ALL the staff ( from security, Front Office, Housekeeping and Resto/Cafe are all fabulously professional and not overly friendly. There was a staff from Concierge (Zeke) who went ahead and find a way to pick us up for 7:30pm schedule from D'Mall when Front Office said that the van is fully booked till 10:30pm. That was a very accommodating solution by an exceptional staff just to help us use that free booking that wr never get to use since we stayed. Thanks to Zeke that we were able to save 800php for the back and forth ride to D'Mall - it was great that you have a small fridge in the room perfect for drinks, desserts and pasalubong that requires cold temp

The breakfast options was average. More options need to be offered. Also the staff could be more attentive to their surroundings in terms of what the customers need during the breakfast service.

Nice hotel in a lovely quiet part of the island, staff was all very nice and the food in the restaurant was very nice.

Quiet location with a convenient 7-Eleven for essential snacks. The staff at the door were nice and friendly, as were a few hotel staff. City Mall, which is a short journey away, is small but good. Station 1 and 2 beaches are lovely, and we will stay there next time. Transport to and from hotel was managed very well.

It was excellent - if you prefer a big glitzy hotel where you number rather than a person. Every functioned pretty well.
