“Restful in a peaceful location with easy access to the Rhine valley.”

Lovely, friendly staff and owners. We arrived in the evening on an extremely hot day and the air conditioning had been very thoughtfully turned on. Rene cooked a delicious dinner for us and Kristen very cheerfully served us the next evening. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a balcony attached so we could sit outside in the evenings. It is located in a very peaceful little village away from the main town of Boppard. Breakfast was generous in all that was on offer and of excellent quality. We tasted local honey from a beekeeper who lived a few houses away. Eggs were freshly made when we came down every morning.

From the moment we walked in until we left the next morning the experience was amazing. The level of detail which was included during breakfast, diner and our stay was from a exceptional level. .

The breakfast was nice and eggs cooked personally. We had a comfortable bed, heating and a good pressure shower. The hotel was quiet at night and parking was available.

“A hidden treasure”

The location is quiet and residential, a car is essential. Boppard is situated about a 5-10 min drive away. The hotel is a family run business and everyone connected with it are a delight. They are helpful, informative and multilingual. The room was of medium size, exceptionally clean and comfortable with a balcony. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent, as was the sandwich we requested to help out with Husb's potential middle of the night hypoglycaemia.

All the staff we met were extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful nice people. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent, clean comfortable, warm and well appointed. The food was excellent too, served and presented very well in a very classy dining room. Quality was exceptional. The hotel was in a quiet village far enough away to not be affected by the trains, boats, traffic and people along the Rhine, but near enough to get there in minutes if needed. Breakfast was great, continental with a couple of different things also and a choice of egg dishes cooked to order. They made my wife’s birthday something special whilst there.

A lovely welcome, spacious rooms, fabulous dinner and breakfast. Huge bonus with such a great restaurant for dinner. We were cycling so would not have wanted to go into Boppard for dinner and climb up the hill on the way back!

“Michelin appreciated restaurant”

The boutique small hotel was very cosy and tranquil. Rooms decorated with taste and fully functional with a lot of space. The restaurant Michelin stared run by a lovely family: the youngster in the evening and the older ones in the morning. All of them speaking good English. The dishes - excellent and tastefully prepared! What a good choice! And all of these in a landscape to dream of: Rhine Valley with its coquette chateaux. Wonderful place and wonderful people: shall return in autumn for sure! :)

“Comfortable and pleasant stay at a very nice hotel”

Warm welcome on arrival and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a modern and tastefully decorated building in a quiet residential area about 10 mins drive from Boppard. There is a limited bus service with a stop nearby, but a car is preferable. Ample private parking at front and rear of hotel. Nice big room with large bed and a balcony with heating and airconditioning. Three very peaceful nights sleep. Plentiful continental breakfast with eggs on request. Excellent restaurant serving high quality food- best to book before your stay. We were really pleased with our choice of hotel and would definitely stay again.

Large, comfortable room. Nice view over the valley towards a castle (although the Rhine itself is not visible). Attentive hosts. Garage for charging electric bicycles. The restaurant is first-class. The Goswin Lambrich 2019 Cuveé Gowin Trocken red wine was delicious.

Our room was large, comfortable and had a very good air condtioner.unit. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Room, service and food was all very impressive.
