Quiet and boutique style authentic Thai villa. owners are so kind and this is an absolute gem of a place a short 10 min walk to Fisherman’s village. Excellent security here and onsite restaurant and small swimming pool.

This is a little hidden tranquil oasis! Beautiful set of villas in stunning surroundings, but still a 5 minute walk from the hustle of fishermans village.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in an excellent location, less than a 10 minute walk into the heart of fisherman’s village and there were 2 supermarkets and a food market right opposite the villas. Mimi was lovely and always available if we needed help with anything.

A Beautiful villa, such friendly and welcoming staff! Although on the main road, which makes it easy to find! The villa's are set back and very quiet! Our villa had a lovely little terrace which was private! The whole place is beautifully landscaped and really gives a calm relaxing environment! Easy walking to beach and market! It's not just the price that makes this place amazing, and a must stay! It's everything! Thank you for making our trip to Samui so amazing 👏

Beautiful gardens offering a haven from the crazy busy Fisherman's Village. Some excellent cafes locally for breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful place. I loved the gardens and the interior design in the rooms. Very classical, teak interiors and nice furnishings. so refreshing when you are in quite a built up modern resort. The owner was very friendly and enjoyed a brief conversation with him. The rooms were so spacious and clean. The little plunge pool also felt like a treat in the garden oasis.

Our second year in a row staying at this beautiful establishment. Mimi is fantastic and looks after everything you need. Lovely to see Tomas as well. It's spotless and so welcoming and we just love it here. 10 mins walk to Fisherman's village and a great place next door ( K.O.B.) for breakfast and two food markets within 2 mins walk. The room we have is so spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

“A Hidden Oasis We Absolutely Loved”

Staying at this villa was the best experience we had in Thailand. Even though it’s located near a busy road, the moment you step inside you feel like you’ve entered a hidden oasis of peace. The garden is absolutely stunning, perfectly kept to and calming. Every day we saw the employees taking care of it, and you can really feel their effort in how beautiful and serene the whole place is. Also, despite being close to the road, we had no issues with noise and we slept incredibly well! The entire property is extremely clean, and carefully maintained. We loved having a small kitchen below us where we could prepare our own breakfast each morning. It added a level of comfort and independence that made the stay even better. The owner and all the employees we met were genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. It created such a warm atmosphere that we enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was truly beautiful, relaxing, and without a doubt the best stay you can get in Koh Samui. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

The lush greenery, the pond, the beautiful villas. The warm welcome. Close enough to the main road but far enough so its calm and not noisy.

“Perfect in every way”

The most beautiful accommodation in stunning gardens. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was absolutely perfect and very spacious. The grounds and the pool are immaculate and the villas are cleaned to an exceptional standard. Communication with Thomas and Mimi was very easy whenever we needed anything. Staff are very respectful and we barely saw anyone the whole time we were there

Very pretty hotel but right off the main road, so not as peaceful as we thought it would be. It is a 5 min walk to fisherman’s village so a good location. Nice but small pool.

“An oasis in a lively area”

This place feels like an oasis. It's surprisingly calm once you enter the garden of the property, especially as it's located on a main road. It's easy to walk to the Fisherman's market and the beach, and there's off-street parking if you hire a car or moped. I was travelling by public transport and on foot. The gate is locked at night and I felt very safe inside the property grounds and in the neighbourhood. Hospitality: I arrived early, just as there was a heavy downpour. I made myself comfortable in the reception area and accidentally fell asleep on the sofa after an exhausting trip. Mimi kindly woke me up with a fresh coconut to drink from, which was incredibly refreshing and I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Room: The room was spectacular and the bathroom was huge. Everything was incredibly clean and I couldn't have wished for a more comfortable stay. There was a mini fridge in my room, where I kept some snacks, and I was given small bottles of water each day. Pool: The pool is small but it was very refreshing and I was able to swim a little but I would say it's more for bathing than exercise. There were comfortable sun loungers and the pool area is quiet and calm. Restaurant: I didn't try the restaurant on the property because I had a few local restaurants I wanted to check out, but the menu looked enticing. There is no breakfast at this property, it's more like self-catering with a restaurant option. However, there is a great café on the corner of the street. I was contacted by Mimi from the property in advance of my stay to warn me of a local festival that would be happening during my stay, which would be very noisy. I appreciated the warning as it was very loud.
