Breakfast delish, plenty of pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon, excellent coffee…attentive staff always. The fact that this village was just outside the area of Cinque Terre allowed so much more freedom to move around and enjoy the peace and quiet without the crowds….perfect location and the views were to die for…❤️🙏🌹

We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast, but also the dinner at the restaurant was very good! The garden is beautiful and the view to the beach also very nice. We enjoy the place, would come again and can recommend the Hotel!

Villa Belvedere in Bonassola is a true gem! The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Italian coast. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of charm, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel at home right away. Breakfast is tasty and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, although during a longer stay it could be nice to see a bit more variety from day to day to keep things interesting. The location is also a big plus – close to the beach and a great base for exploring the area. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Belvedere. We were picked up promptly at the train station as per our communication prior to our arrival. There are lovely gardens around the hotel with a delightfully eclectic collection of curios from around the world. There are shaded wisteria vined areas to sit outside in the sun and enjoy the view. Our fave spot to soak in the sun was the wee balcony over looking the Ligurian sea from our room. Bed was super comfy. Staff were so very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Varied and fresh. Lots of options. The fresh melon was perfect. The cappuccino a delight..we had dinner in the restaurant two nights of our stay and thought it was delicious and good value. There is a short cut down some stairs that will get you to the Bonassola beach in 5 min. It takes about 10 minutes to get back up. Take your time :) Bonassola is a charming village. Great gelato in the piazza. Train to Cinque Terre and or Levanto or La Spezia.is easy. We loved it and will be back :)

The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the bay at Bonassola, with some excellent views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was very good with a varied selection of food.

The wonderful hotel set on a hill, with a cozy terrace offering stunning sea views. It’s just a 10-minute walk down the stairs to the beach. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide selection, so you can easily find something to suit your taste. Dinner is available for an extra charge, with dishes chosen from a restaurant-style menu and a daily set option. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy both breakfast and dinner on the terrace while admiring the azure sea. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful – just like Bonassola in general.

“A jewel in the Italian Riviera”

This hotel sold us a dream. An escape. A dream of a beautifully situated hotel overlooking the Ligurian sea, birds singing in the trees and the most beautiful landscaped gardens. The staff were always cheerful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. This dream delivers delicious food in a restaurant with an ambience that provides all the escapism you could ask for. I truely loved the Hotel Villa Belvedere and dream about going back some day! Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊

“AN AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE”

This stay exceeded all our expectations—it was exactly what I had hoped Italy would be like. Located just one village over from Monterosso (a quick 6-minute train ride), this spot offered a much quieter, more authentic experience away from the heavy crowds. The village is absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to relax. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the train station if you want to explore the other villages, and while the steps on the way back are a bit of a climb, the views at the top make it completely worth it! We were greeted at the station by the property’s shuttle bus, which was incredibly helpful. The staff couldn't have been kinder. But the true highlight was the view—sitting on the terrace at sunset with a drink in hand was simply priceless. The on-site restaurant was exceptional; we loved it so much we ended up dining there all four nights of our stay. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. We absolutely loved it!

“Relaxing in a quiet town by the beach, enjoying great views”

The best thing of the location is the view. The sea view is everywhere, as the hotel is well positioned. The restaurant of the hotel is very nice, and as the weather was good, we had dinner outside. The inside of the hotel is also very nice, traditional and a bit quirky. Our room was simple and had a balcony facing the sea. The beach and town are a 5-10 minute walk. We had a very relaxing stay.
